You are quickly in the village, shopping facilities for daily needs within walking distance. You can quickly reach the north or south beach on foot or by bike.

If the guest cancels the booking/withdraws, the landlord may demand reasonable compensation for the expenses incurred and the loss of profit. In this case, saved expenses and the possible re-rental of the holiday apartment to other guests must be taken into account. The landlord is obliged to make the apartment available for rent again as soon as the cancellation/withdrawal becomes known.
The amount payable in the event of non-use/cancellation of the holiday apartment is:
• up to 45 days before the start of the trip: 15%
• from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50%
• from the 29th day before the start of the trip: 90%
of the agreed total price.
Regardless of the amount of the travel price and the date of withdrawal, the cancellation fee is a flat rate of €50.00.
The guest has the right to prove that no costs or lower costs were incurred in connection with the cancellation.
