Several restaurants and shops are within a short drive distance (200m - 2km). The car is recommended, and there is a secured and fenced parking lot at the property for 2-3 cars and a garage for 1.

* The outdoor offers a private and heated swimming pool 10m x 5m, a very spacious sun deck area with 8 deck chairs and two covered areas, the covered outdoor dining area for 10 people, the summer kitchen, traditional barbecue area, outdoor shower, and separated toilet. There is also a comfortable lounge corner in front of the living room, so there are multiple areas where you can enjoy your privacy, read a book, or simply enjoy and dine alfresco with your family/friends.
* The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned living and dining area that has glass doors on the South side offering indeed amazing sea views and a lot of daylight inside. There is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with all the amenities that a modern guest needs for a relaxing stay, a direct approach toward an outdoor dining area, a stylish dining area, comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, and PS4 for your youngest members. On the West side there is a Bedroom No1 with a double bed 140cm x 200cm, an air conditioner, a TV, a direct approach toward the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate toilet and a washing machine is next to it.
* Indoor staircase with a glass wall offers daylight in every corner of this lovely property interior, and it takes you to the first floor that offers a Bedroom No2 (South-East) with a Queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, an air conditioner, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a balcony with sea views. A Bedroom No3 (South) with a King size bed 180cm x 200cm, a sofa that converts into a sofa bed for 1 person, a balcony with a sea view. A Bedroom No4 (South-West) with a Queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, air conditioner, and a balcony with sea views. Bedrooms No3 and No4 share a family bathroom with two sinks and a shower. There is a separate toilet next to it.

Also, you can do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating.
Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the Split airport SPU (30 km), seaport (10 km), bus station for international traffic (10 km), railway station (10 km), and the motorway exit Split (25 km), small golf court and tennis courts are in Stobreč, only 5km far from the villa.
