Our luxury vacation lodge has 46m² living space (kitchen 21,04 m², bathroom 4,63 m², bedroom 1 with 5,75 m² and bedroom 2 with 10,17 m², anteroom 4,06 m²).
The house is located in the foothills of the Alps in Lower Austria and is ideal for excursions.
In the garden you have a terrace with whirlpool and deck chairs as well as a sunshade and electric grill.

Our house is very centrally located. Vienna can be reached in about 1 hour, the Wachau in about 50 minutes, the largest pilgrimage site in Austria (Mariazell) also in an hour.

Excellent!
Very well-kept house in a quiet location, surrounded by fields and wooded hills. The property is completely fenced, which was especially pleasant for us dog owners. We also liked the beautiful colorful pictures in the house and the many unique sculptures around the house, which were made by the owner herself. The location is excellent for extended trips in the hilly surroundings. We felt very comfortable here! Thanks to the very friendly owners!
