Description

North Sea coast in Germany! Here you can relax!

The property is completely fenced and thus also ensures a relaxing holiday in the garden. Under the covered terrace you can feel sheltered even during a shower. WC and shower bath are separate from each other. The children's room is equipped with a 1.40m x 2.00m bed. All rooms have been lovingly furnished by us in a maritime style.
The fireplace provides cozy warmth. The house from the 1970s is being continuously modernized by us. In addition to renovating the bathrooms and floors (new tiles in the living room, hallway, and kitchen), the master bedroom was most recently completely renovated.
The driveway and garden area were newly paved at the end of 2025. A large sun terrace was added.

Location and surroundings of object

The house, built in 1970, is on one level. It is located in Dornumersiel on the North Sea coast in a holiday home settlement and lies directly behind the dike with a short path to the beach, spa house, and seawater swimming pool.
Dornumersiel is a small place on the Wadden Sea. (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009)
Dornumersiel offers a beach, a campsite, an outdoor seawater pool, and many varied leisure activities.
In the small district there are several restaurants and a small supermarket.

Simply feel good

We have already spent our vacation at the fairway 45 for the sixth year and are still completely thrilled, just like in the beginning. That's why we gladly write this review. And because it has been so wonderful 6 times already, we are already booking for 2017.

We bought this house in 2010 and have renovated it continuously. Windows and front door were renewed. The house was thermally insulated and newly grouted. The bathrooms were newly tiled and the old open fireplace was replaced by a wood-burning stove. In 2014, the kitchen was freed from its old tiles and had to make way for a modern ambience (oven with ceramic hob). In 2015, the bedrooms were repainted and the children's room received a new floor. In the following years, a new garden house was built and the beds were replaced. The loft bed in the children's room has been replaced with a 1.40m x 2.00m bed. in 2022, the 1970 floor tiles in the hallway, kitchen and living area were removed. The tiler has installed modern tiles in a Schabby Chic style.
