Villa Stephanie with the flats 3 ground floor:
We offer you a modern furnished holiday flat on 69 m² near the beach. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms on two floors, each with a double bed. Up to four people can spend their holiday here in flat 3 EG.
You can reach flat 3 via the small access stairs. This flat has two bedrooms for four people. The 1st bedroom is adjacent to the living area. You can reach the 2nd bedroom via the hallway. The flat has the following equipment:
- Separate kitchen with all the extras (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster) and a spacious dining table in the adjoining veranda with a flat screen TV in the veranda
- Living area with flat screen TV and comfortable couch and adjoining sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm / full-length mattress)
- second sleeping area with the separate bedroom with double bed (140 x 200cm/through mattress) and flat screen TV
- Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer accessible from the hallway.
- Cosy sitting area in the garden for communal use
- Non-smoking house without pets
- WLAN, one parking space directly at the house and a bicycle storage facility.
- The health resort card issued to you allows you to use the buses of the Usedomer Bäderbahn free of charge
Together with the second flat on the first floor and the two bungalows, you can book holiday accommodation for a total of 14 people. We will be happy to make you a separate offer for this.

If this contractual firm booking is canceled, cancellation fees will be charged. Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance if necessary. Cancellations require an informal written statement. i. They can be made free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. ii. From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00. iii. From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 week before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. In the case of a new booking following a cancellation or after the expiry of an option, room-4-u GmbH charges a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees down to a flat rate of €30.00, as far as it is possible for room-4-u to generate equivalent income by re-renting for the canceled period. A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot be canceled for free anymore.
