A beautiful escape in the Val di Chio, The garden is stunning, and we enjoyed many evenings by the barbecue, The house felt like home, with all the essentials provided, Just a short drive to local dining options, too!

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO was nothing short of magical! The charming stone vacation house had a rustic atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. We spent our days relaxing by the private pool, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and the nights enjoying barbecues under the stars. The location in the hills of Val di Chio was perfect for peaceful walks in nature, and we even explored nearby Castiglion Fiorentino. The cozy fireplace added a lovely touch, especially on cooler nights. I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway!

Good house but remote. Beautifully situated between the hills. Real an authentic old house. Nice pool. Extremely quiet. Large supermarket in Castiglion Fiorentino is NOT within 5 km but a 20 minute drive. Fairly clean but there is room for improvement. The water from the taps stank but you can smell that smell in the whole area and it could also be because we were there during a time of drought. Beautiful surroundings and beautiful places in the area. Recommended are Cortona (where the American writer Frances Mayes - Under the Tuscan Sun) has a house and Arezzo, where scenes from films such as La Vita e Bella and the English Patient were shot. The reception by the homeowner was excellent. WiFi was available. Cell phone reception was minimal.
