This cosy and pleasant farmhouse is located on the bright hills of Castiglion Fiorentino, amidst woods, vineyards and olive groves. There are a total of three flats overlooking the large garden.
The décor is classic Tuscan, with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings.
Each flat has a private terrace for relaxing in peace and quiet. There is a pizza oven and barbecue for guests' use. Ask the owner to teach you how to use the wood-fired oven to make pizza!
Breakfast and dinner can be served on request. The owner of the house cooks very well, so if you get the chance, don't miss out on a Tuscan farmhouse dinner. Fresh produce is used.
The swimming pool with a panoramic view is behind the flats, so it's very quiet in the garden. It also includes a solarium with sun loungers, parasols and a shower. Part of the garden has games for children. In the surroundings you can go for walks or bike rides.
The farm cultivates typical plants and shrubs using organic methods and produces and sells wine, olive oil and vin santo, and if you wish, you can buy a small olive tree to take home!

Accommodation in a quiet location, perfectly according to expectations. Necessary present for a pleasant stay. Meal prepared by hostess was super tasty. Price / quality all right.

Quietly situated holiday home with spacious bedrooms. The large swimming pool is 50 meters and has a nice view.

It is a fantastic house! Everything clean and new towels and bedding every week. There is a washing machine. The garden is large, lots of grass, everything well maintained, shady trees and a verandah. The pool is large and clean. It is beautiful with views of the mountains and the valley. There is still a two-person cottage rented but those people were rarely at the pool so it seemed like a private pool. The owners (daughters speak English) are very sweet. They can cook for you but you should already ask previous day. We did it twice and it was blissful. Genuine italian, three courses and all equally delicious. The wines and olive oil from their own brokerage are also very good and not expensive. ALL PERFECT, we will definitely return! Fam vd Voordt - children 1,5 and 6 years

Our impression after stay: very friendly welcome, immaculate and up-to-date house with a pleasant covered terrace, nice garden and pool care. Quiet and privacy. Supermarket at 4 to 5 km away, but unfortunately not a good baker found. Tourist certainly not overcrowded area, distances to visit cities (Assisi, Siena, Montepulciano, Florence) are doable.

Quiet location and a neat and simple interior. Good swimming pool with parasols and sun loungers. Special reception with wine, tomatoes and olive oil. Recommended is the 4-course menu provided by the owner.

Fantastic house. Well located in relation to the sun. Nice terrace at home. Shared garden is beautiful and arranged in such a way that you do not suffer from the two other houses. Swimming pool is 50 meters walk, nice size and from shallow (about 1 mtr) to deep (about 2.5 mtr). Wi-Fi is decent. Double mattresses on the beds that are fairly hard. Accessibility is excellent. Carport available for 4 cars. Shops and restaurants 5 km away.

Spacieuce house and very friendly welcome. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Noise due to the passage of different tractors and truck timber is really annoying. The garden is beautiful, the pool is very nice with a shower "of hot water (solar) but it should be cleaned more often because the walls there is a green slime.

We were in August in this house. Received were very nice and enjoy culinary delights. Trips to Florence or Siena are easily doable. Equally beautiful are also walks through the olive groves. Was a relaxing holiday with warm summer nights on the terrace.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Christina, the owner with a bottle of homemade red wine. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is attractively decorated. In the really beautiful garden and the beautiful pool you completely relax after a trip to e.g. Arezzo, Cortona or Perugia. In short, this agriturismo is definitely worth it.

Were kindly received with a detailed explanation and tour with the possibilities at the location. Fiene well maintained and completely fenced garden so that there is also a safe feeling for parents with young children. Sympathetic Agriturismo. Simple but well-equipped house with a lovely veranda, a beautiful park-like garden, a beautiful outdoor grill facility, excellent covered parking and a very nice, spacious swimming pool. Good support from Laura and her family. Quiet environment, with a lot of work on the land: real 'agri'. Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo and Cortona nearby. Nice place for those who love peace. Excellent for families.

A very nice clean house with enclosed garden, where we had a wonderful holiday with our 3 young children. The house is not overly luxurious but the only thing we missed was a kettle and a toaster. The pool was also very nice and clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful and keep in the background.
