Welcome to our new holiday apartment!
The approximately 65 m² comfortable non-smoking holiday apartment has been freshly renovated and is located on the left side of the ground floor of a new semi-detached house, quietly yet centrally located, at Reiterkoppel 1b in Burg on Fehmarn.
The exclusively and completely newly furnished apartment has free DSL WLAN service and accommodates 1 to 4 people. The vacation apartment is divided into a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms for 2 people each, bathroom, furnished terrace with lawn.
A designated parking space for the apartment is located directly in front of the house. For the little ones, there are play opportunities (with swing, slide, horizontal bar) on a communal lawn area behind the house. Storage options for bicycles, strollers, etc. are available. is located in a bike shed right next to the house. 2 bicycles and a child's bicycle seat are available for you to use free of charge for the duration of your stay. Children's bicycles can be rented if needed.
All the windows of the holiday apartment are equipped with shutters, the patio window in the living room even with an electric drive.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), radio alarm clock, and 4-door wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), a 3-door wardrobe, an additional LCD flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.
The living area is very cozily furnished and has a flat-screen TV (HD LCD TV / SAT), a music/DVD compact system, and an Internet PC. A leather couch and 2 armchairs provide an opportunity to relax. For the children, there is a colorful collection of games, DVDs, and books available. From the living room, you step onto the spacious terrace (southwest facing) with an adjoining green area. Here, high-quality Kettler aluminum folding chairs, a large garden table, a beautiful beach chair, a sun lounger, sun umbrella, and grill offer the opportunity to spend relaxing hours. Enjoy the fantastic sunset after an eventful day. The kitchen of the holiday apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle. There is enough crockery and cutlery available for everything.
The bathroom with a window is modernly furnished and has underfloor heating, shower (90x100 cm), 2 washbasins, large towel warmer. Under-cabinets and storage areas provide ample storage space. In a small storage room, there is a washing machine and a safe available for free use. On request, a travel cot for babies, a high chair, and a changing table for children are also available.
We can optionally offer you a bed linen and towel service. A set per person consists of:

The holiday flat is a ground floor flat in a semi-detached house. The house is centrally located but still in a quiet residential area. It is child-friendly and furnished with great attention to detail. The picturesque, historic old town of Burg and the fishing port of Burgstaaken are only a short walk away. Street cafés, pubs, restaurants and numerous shopping opportunities invite you to linger, stroll and shop.
The popular south beach and the picturesque marina can be easily reached in 15 minutes on foot.
It is even more convenient to go by bike, which is the main means of transport on the island. 2 bicycles and a suitable children's bicycle seat are available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Once you arrive at the kilometre-long south beach, a fixed seasonal beach chair awaits you, where you can unwind with a view of the sea.

Cancellation terms:
Withdrawal Before the start of the booked date, you can withdraw from the lease at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, please only send by registered mail, not by phone. Our claim to the agreed compensation remains, even if you do not take your vacation, and the reasons for not taking it are irrelevant. In the case of a withdrawal, our lump-sum claim for cost reimbursement is a percentage of the rental sum: - up to 90 days before the rental starts: 10% - 89 to 45 days before the rental starts: 30% - from the 44th to the 30th day: 50% - from the 29th day to the start of the rental: 80% If the journey is not commenced, the entire rent will be charged. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.

Superb holiday flat
we spent two weeks here on a wonderful holiday with our two children.
The flat is beautifully furnished in a modern style, with everything you would want in a holiday flat, high quality furniture, internet, washing machine etc..
Our children loved the playground equipment behind the house.
