Welcome to our new holiday flat!
The approx. 65 m² large comfortable non-smoking holiday flat has been freshly renovated and is located on the left on the ground floor of a new semi-detached house, in a quiet but central location at Reiterkoppel 1b in Burg auf Fehmarn.
The exclusive and completely newly furnished flat has free DSL WiFi service and offers space for 1 to 4 people.
The flat is divided into a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms for 2 people each, bathroom, furnished terrace with lawn.
A marked parking space belonging to the flat is located directly in front of the house. For the little ones there are play facilities (with swing, slide, gymnastic pole) on a communal lawn behind the house. Storage for bicycles, prams etc. is available in a bicycle shed directly next to the house. 2 bicycles and a child's bicycle seat are available free of charge for the duration of your stay. Children's bikes can be rented if required.
All windows of the holiday flat are equipped with roller shutters, the terrace window in the living room even has an electric drive.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), radio alarm clock and 4-door wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), a 3-door wardrobe, an additional LCD flat screen TV and a DVD player.
The living room is very comfortably furnished and has a flat screen TV (HD LCD TV / SAT), a music / DVD compact system and an internet PC. A leather couch and 2 armchairs offer you the opportunity to relax. A colourful collection of games, DVDs and books is available for the children.
From the living room you step onto the spacious terrace (south-west facing) with adjoining green area. Here, high-quality Kettler aluminium folding chairs, a large garden table, a beautiful beach chair, a sun lounger, parasol and barbecue offer you the opportunity to spend relaxing hours. Enjoy the dreamlike sunset after an eventful day.
The kitchen of the holiday flat is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle. There is enough crockery and cutlery for everything.
The bathroom with window is modernly furnished and has underfloor heating, shower (90x100 cm), 2 washing places, large towel warmer. Base cabinets and shelves offer enough storage space.
A washing machine and a safe are available for free use in a small storage room. Baby travel cot, high chair and changing table for children are also available on request.
We can offer you an optional bed linen and towel service. One set per person consists of:

* 1 towel
* 1 shower towel

The holiday flat is a ground floor flat in a semi-detached house. The house is centrally located but still in a quiet residential area. It is child-friendly and furnished with great attention to detail. The picturesque, historic old town of Burg and the fishing port of Burgstaaken are only a short walk away. Street cafés, pubs, restaurants and numerous shopping opportunities invite you to linger, stroll and shop.
The popular south beach and the picturesque marina can be easily reached in 15 minutes on foot.
It is even more convenient to go by bike, which is the main means of transport on the island. 2 bicycles and a suitable children's bicycle seat are available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Once you arrive at the kilometre-long south beach, a fixed seasonal beach chair awaits you, where you can unwind with a view of the sea.

Superb holiday flat
we spent two weeks here on a wonderful holiday with our two children.
The flat is beautifully furnished in a modern style, with everything you would want in a holiday flat, high quality furniture, internet, washing machine etc..
Our children loved the playground equipment behind the house.
Centrally located between the south beach and the city centre in a residential area
