Located in Tignale Aer, 7.5 km from Lake Garda, Casa Mary with its three ground-floor apartments, each with terrace, equipped and independent garden with barbecue, sunbeds and umbrella, offers the possibility to live an unforgettable holiday with your family .
Two apartments for 2 to 5 people have two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with living area. One apartment is with kitchen bathroom and large living room with bed area. An oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature and at the same time close to the lake. A swimming pool offers refreshment for your afternoons in the sun. Numerous trails start near the house to go inland, with views that will leave you speechless. It will be offered the opportunity to practice sports of water or land: hiking, mountain biking, sailing, canyoning, surfing, kayaking etc. . A few steps away is the rustic house Erika whole house on two floors with two bedrooms two bathrooms, large kitchen and large living room, terrace and garden overlooking Lake Garda, equipped with sun beds and umbrella, parking, wifi.

Super location

Very nice holiday apartment in a great location in the mountains – quiet and ideal for excursions.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped, nothing was missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly landlady, who was always helpful and supported us in everything.
We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

Quiet and relaxing vacation

We have already been to Casa Mary for the sixth time and have always enjoyed our stays very much. The apartments are very clean and well-equipped, the landlords also live on the property and are absolutely warm and accommodating. Dogs are welcome and have nice garden areas available. You can cool off well in the small pool. Those looking for a vacation away from the hustle and bustle and for relaxation are absolutely right here.

We were here for a short trip with our 8-year-old daughter, and what can I say? A dream. The apartment has everything you need, clean, spacious, the kitchen perfectly equipped. The garden is a dream with a gigantic view. We will come back.

Perfect accommodation with and without dog

We are already here for the third time and will definitely come back for a fourth time.
The apartments are well equipped and you have everything you need.
The view of Lake Garda is simply amazing. The landlords are super nice and are always available for questions or issues.
Each apartment has its own enclosed garden, so dogs can stay there without any problems, without the risk of escaping. Thank you very much to Mariangela and Ettore for the nice stay.

Super conveniently located holiday apartment

We were here at the beginning of October. Unfortunately, the weather was rather changeable, so we couldn't use the outdoor area as we would have liked. The location and the view are fantastic. Simply beautiful. The landlady is very friendly and speaks German very well. Very well-equipped kitchen. A bread roll service is offered. You can explore the surroundings on foot very well. There is also a shuttle bus that takes you to Lake Garda. Overall a great area. We are happy to come back.

Great vacation with a dog

The vacation rental, the landlord, and the surroundings are great. There is a fenced garden for each apartment where our dog could roam freely. The landlords are always accessible if you need anything. From Aer, you can go on great hikes in the mountains without having to drive to the starting point by car beforehand.

A beautiful vacation and we will come back.

We can highly recommend it. The view is fantastic, the property is great, and the apartment is spacious. Our dog was very welcome and could move around freely in the garden. We were all very satisfied and would love to come back.

Perfect vacation with a dog

We have been to this accommodation several times and can recommend it without hesitation. Mariangela and her husband are super friendly and reserved. The enclosed garden with a magnificent view of Lake Garda is well maintained and equipped with sufficient seating and sun loungers. There is a small pool that is ideal for cooling off. A folder with extensive information and hiking and excursion tips is available. The bread service in the morning is perfect. In the evening you can walk to Gardola for dinner (about 20 minutes). There are restaurants (reservation recommended), bars and a colorful evening program (cinema, bingo, live music, market, etc.).

One of the most beautiful panoramic locations on Lake Garda.

The apartment is very quiet without through traffic and has a completely fenced garden (about 1m high) and a wonderful view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. The apartment is well equipped with seating and loungers, also for outside. Unfortunately, there are a few things missing that actually belong to the basic equipment, which is why only 3 stars are given for the equipment: There is no soap, no dishwashing detergent, no salt and pepper, vinegar and oil. There was also only a small roll of toilet paper available, as well as only one wine glass in the kitchen cabinet. What bothered me the most, however, was that the Wi-Fi (Casa Mary) is so slow (about 0.5-1.5 mbps) that it is not really usable. Even synchronizing some photos and small videos takes a very long time and video streaming does not work at all.

Best vacation

We have renovated our house and for some years now we have been using the lower floor for guests. We are always available on request and attentive to the needs of our customers and we try in every way to please, give advice so that they have an unforgettable holiday, in this quiet location and at the same time close to the lake. Our apartments are particularly appreciated for the wonderful view of Lake Garda and for the independence of the apartments, and their garden that is appreciated by families and also by their four-legged friends.
