The house is located in a quiet, year-round Spanish urbanisation near a nature reserve between the towns of Villamarchante and Cheste. The urbanisation is about 24 km from the capital Valencia. The nearest towns with approx. inhabitants are at 3 and 6 km. Even though a bus line stops in front of the urbanisation, a car is absolutely necessary. The beaches of Valencia can be reached in about 27 km. The surrounding area invites to numerous sports and leisure activities.
