Our house has a living area of 90 sqm, has 2 bedrooms with 4 mattresses of different degrees of hardness and is ideally suited for use by up to 4 people with a beautiful bathroom with shower. A Mediterranean kitchen with large fridge/icebox, ceramic hob, oven, filter coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, orange juice machine and other cooking utensils will delight relaxed hobby cooks, a small dishwasher and extra washing machine are also available. The dining room and living area are furnished in Spanish and a small, separate conservatory with German books invites you to browse. Two separate air-conditioning units, one in the rear sleeping area and one in the front living area, ensure a pleasant stay in the hot summer months, a heating system warms up if needed in the cooler season. Casa Julia is detached, the 800 sqm plot is fenced and high hedges protect parts from prying eyes, a neighbouring house has a direct view of the plot and the pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the numerous palm trees on the property offer a great atmosphere to relax under the numerous palm fronds or at the blue tiled, oval round pool (approx. 26 sqm as well as outdoor shower ). A spacious, covered arched terrace with stone barbecue invites you to barbecue all year round and also to sunbathe in the winter months.
The entire property is for the exclusive use of the guests.

First-class holiday home, gladly again!
We had a great vacation at Casa Julia. The house, the location, and especially the well-maintained garden made our holiday enjoyable. Everything went absolutely smoothly and uncomplicated, despite booking at short notice. Thanks to Mrs. Sieland and Mrs. Kraus.

Sehr schönes Haus
We had a wonderful stay at House Julia, together with our two daughters, 4 and 7 years old, we spent a lot of time at the pool. The beach is easily reachable by foot and there are various good shopping options nearby.
