Description

The granny annexe with direct access to the garden offers 45 square metres of space for 2 people. The living room has a cosy sitting area with TV and stereo, a fireplace, a kitchenette (with toaster, kettle and coffee maker) and a dining area.

The separate bedroom has a double bed (1,80x2m). The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower.

This flat has a seating area with a view of the garden.

Everyone will find their favourite spot in the garden: the bench by the pond, the beach chair, the sun loungers or the seating group on the lawn, which invites you to have a barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object

The Sommerhus is in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of the tranquil village of Krummsee, a district of the spa town of Bad Malente.
The Holstein Switzerland Nature Park is one of the most varied landscapes in Schleswig-Holstein. Glaciers of the last Ice Age left behind a hilly landscape rich in forests and lakes with over 200 lakes. Visitors have numerous opportunities to enjoy an active and relaxed holiday.
Hiking, cycling, Nordic walking, geocaching, horseback riding and paddling are popular leisure activities. Furthermore, the proximity to Kiel, Lübeck and Hamburg, as well as the festival town of Eutin, are alluring. Not only children will be thrilled about an excursion to the Hansapark, Donkey Park, Ostrich Farm, the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg, the open-air museum in Molfsee or the Kiel Canal.
Thanks to the proximity (20 km) to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing bathing holiday.
The village of Krummsee with its 400 inhabitants is nestled between the Kellersee and Krummsee lakes in the heart of Holstein Switzerland. In 15 minutes you can walk to the bathing area at Krummsee with its excellent water quality.
The nearest shopping facilities are in Bad Malente (3km) or in Eutin (5km). There is also a bus connection.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Very beautifully located and quiet holiday apartment with a large beautiful garden and nice neighbors. The apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished. An e-bike is very helpful for cycling tours.

Idyllic holiday apartment with lake view in a prime location.

Very quietly located, lovingly furnished holiday apartment to feel comfortable and relax with very nice hosts. The garden is spacious with a pretty, small pond where there is much to discover. By car, you can reach the center of Malente or Eutin in a few minutes, where there are many shopping options but also delicious dining. Malente is a good starting point to explore Ostholstein.

Very cute granny flat, good beds, everything is available in the kitchen except for a dishwasher.
Super nice big garden, nice neighbors, close to nature. Barbecue facilities.
Many lakes with swimming opportunities nearby. E-bike helpful.

Restful vacations

The apartment is lovingly and cozy furnished and completely equipped, a home away from home. You can sit wonderfully on the terrace and enjoy the sun for a long time. The garden is beautiful and very large. The location is very quiet and you can spend incredibly relaxing holidays there. Nevertheless, the apartment is very central: 3 km to Malente, 7 km to Eutin, 15 km to Plön.
The landlords were very friendly and helpful. They have put together a folder for their holiday guests with suggestions for leisure activities in the vicinity and further afield.
You can order a bread service by phone.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Gut geeignet für Wanderer und Radfahrer oder Menschen, die sich einfach nur entspannt erholen wollen.

free time activities: Eine Kellerseefahrt und 5-Seen-Fahrt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Besuch auf dem Aussichtsturm auf dem Holzberg bietet einen unglaublichen Überblick auf die nähere und weitere Umgebung der Holsteinischen Schweiz. Die Altstädte von Plön und Eutin laden zu einem gemütlichen Bummel ein.

shopping facilities: Malente biete alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Das Parken dort ist kostenlos.

Who is looking for peace, nature, and a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life will certainly be very satisfied in this holiday home. The upper floor of the house has space for a family, while the lower floor has space for a couple without children. The furnishings are modern and comfortable.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Man befindet sich mehr oder weniger in der Natur, es gibt lauter kleine und größere Seen in Fußnähe, die man umrunden kann. In Malente hat man verschiedene Möglichkeiten, um in Gaststätten einzukehren.

free time activities: Kleine Städte in der Nähe bieten Abwechslung von der Ruhe, bspw. Eutin mit seinem Schloß ist einen kleinen Ausflug wert. Wer nicht aus der Region stammt, findet sicherlich den im Ferienhaus hinterlegten Katalog mit Freizeitideen hilfreich, die der Norden Deutschlands bereithält.

shopping facilities: Wer mit einem Auto kommt, ist klar im Vorteil. Dann aber sind Sky, Aldi, usw. schnell zu erreichen.

We really enjoyed our stay from 2.9 to 5.9.2010. We loved having breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the pond. A lovely spacious holiday apartment.
