The residence, surrounded by fragrant oleanders, is built on a hill in the middle of the Mediterranean maquis and represents a true oasis of peace and well-being. It has 2 swimming pools and is just 350 meters from the beach of Liscia di Vacca. Bars, restaurants, tobacco shop and market are approximately 1.5 km away, so the use of a car is recommended. The port and airport of Olbia are approximately 26 km away and for golf lovers, the Pevero Golf Club is only 5 km away. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.
