We had a fantastic stay in this holiday home! The spacious living room and open kitchen were perfect for our family gatherings. The view over the Lower Rhine was just amazing, especially at sunset. The kids loved exploring the nearby Amerongen Castle, and we appreciated the comfortable beds after a long day outside.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super spacious and has everything you need. I loved the large windows that let in so much light; it really makes the place feel open and cozy. The beds were super comfortable, which gave us good nights' sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook without any problems. One small point was that the WiFi was sometimes a bit slow, but honestly, that didn't ruin our experience. All in all, a great place for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend it!

We spent our evenings on the terrace and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was also conveniently located near De Beldert, which was great for fun family activities. Definitely a place we would want to return to!

Rented a little house with a view of the water but didn't really get that. We were in the middle of the park, surrounded by other houses, so it wasn't really the relaxing weekend we had expected. The house itself wasn't bad.

In our little house, a few small things were broken (plant pot, trash can in the bathroom, and the screens didn't work). Furthermore, we had a very nice stay. In the restaurant, you can eat well, and you can enjoy walking in the park and the surroundings.

Beautiful park by the water, which is very well maintained. The cottage was clean upon arrival. However, the 'villas' are containers where it becomes unbearably hot in the summer. Air conditioning is rented, but it is absolutely not sufficient to create a reasonable temperature. At night, there is quite a bit of noise. We had a 5-month-old baby with us, and for a family with small children (who go to bed early / still take naps), the park is actually unsuitable in the summer due to the heat.

Specifically chosen for more expensive sloop with canopy due to heat/bright sun. Canopy turned out to be broken at departure, reported it but no response or compensation from Happy Boots. Marina park experience fine, Happy Boots poor. I will not rent a boat here again.

There is little to no control in the park. Many people ride electric scooters. Fishing is done in the swimming water. The adjacent beaches are claimed as private property by the residents of the houses located directly by the water. They are dissatisfied. The TV in the living room does not work, and nothing is done after a report. The reception is only reachable until 5 PM. The restaurant in the park is expensive. The quality of the food is not worth it. Soup is served cold. Upon complaint, it is reheated in the microwave. The service in the restaurant is indeed in order. However, it took a very long time before the appetizer was served.

The cottage was very nice, but it really got very warm inside and air conditioning was extra. The cottages are close together in the park; I would possibly put some planting between the cottages. We didn't think much of the restaurant, a very limited menu (we knew this in advance via the website). We had burgers, and they were really disappointing. The wine glass was still dirty (lipstick from the previous customer was still on it) and the wine was quite warm. With the soft drink, we got a can without a glass, not what you expect in a 'restaurant.' There wasn't much to experience in the park itself.

The bungalows in the Dutch countryside are very nice, modern, and large, with a huge glass-walled living room that overlooks the meadows and water, There are many ducks and hares around in the morning, We had a pleasant stay, even though the reception closed early and the restaurant was running out of some options,

Quiet location but still close to tourist destinations, Amsterdam, Utrecht, etc., Great starting point for various bike tours! Supermarket and restaurants in Maurik within walking distance!

Beautiful, clean holiday bungalows with a large terrace on the water, fly screens on the windows, a nice restaurant on site and a practical app. Each apartment has a starter set with 2 dishwashing taps, 3 garbage bags, 1x washing-up liquid, cloth and brush. This should be adjusted for a longer stay.

Beautiful holiday villa equipped with everything you need, The location of the holiday villas is very nice, at or directly on the water, It is possible to rent bicycles, an E-boat, pedal boat or supboard,

The holiday park is really well planned. Great playground for the kids. The only drawback: the situation described in the descriptions as "some construction work in the park" was a gross understatement. At 6:30 in the morning the excavators and other construction machines arrived... the whole park was a construction site. You shouldn't have actually rented it like that. Our kids had something to watch and we were out all day. So then still a nice holiday.
