In this house you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Corsica. It can accommodate up to six people in three comfortable bedrooms with double beds. Two modern bathrooms with large showers provide refreshment. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook and enjoy. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on a large or small couch or armchair and use satellite TV, digital radio or W-LAN. A dining table for eight people invites you to eat together. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The house is stylishly furnished to a high standard and has heating, ceiling fans and air conditioning in all rooms. The garden is a dream: 3500 sqm with lawn and plants, a terrace with sea view and view of the lighthouse of Ile Rousse, a cozy sitting area with cushions and table, a wind-protected patio with table and chairs, sunbeds and deckchairs to relax. A free parking space is also available. The house is a well-separated semi-detached house that offers you plenty of privacy.

This house is a paradise for those who love peace, nature and sea. It is located on the hillside at the end of a dead end street and offers a magnificent view of the blue water. The garden is 3500 sqm and landscaped with many plants and lawn. To the beach it is only 500 m as the crow flies or 5 minutes by car. Just as fast you can reach the next big supermarket and other shopping facilities. The house is located in the municipality of Corbara, between the charming port towns of Calvi and Ile Rousse, which attract with their stores, restaurants and sights. The surrounding area offers a variety of beaches for every taste: whether fine sandy beach with sports facilities in the bay of Calvi, slightly higher waves for surfing in Algajola, fascinating underwater world for diving in St. Ambroggio or our dream beach Ghjunchitu, which is one of the most beautiful in Corsica and ideal for children. Hikers and cyclists will also find what they are looking for: the Balagne region is known for its picturesque villages and beautiful landscapes near the coast or in the mountains.

Super holiday home
We stayed at Villa Perenaccio in May 2022
The house is secluded from the road and therefore very quiet. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and shopping is no more than 10 minutes away. Everything you need is within easy reach by car
Many beautiful beaches are in the immediate vicinity and Calvi/Ile Rousse is not far away
The house offers a good starting point for all activities.
The house itself is very well equipped. In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need. There are more than enough towels, bed linen and beach towels. There is even a washing machine in the bathroom. We did not want for anything. The house is very clean and also offers German TV/Netflix and radio
We enjoyed our stay very much and would always come back. Thank you very much !
