PALMIER
The name stands for the various types of palm trees that are placed in the immediate vicinity, on the spacious wraparound terrace.
The fantastic panoramic and sea view creates the charm of this cute apartment. Due to the hillside location, the entrance is at ground level. The large Mediterranean garden that surrounds the apartment may be used as well and radiates a holiday feeling upon arrival. The bright holiday apartment "PALMIER" for 2 people consists of a large room (approx. 28 sqm), a bathroom with shower separated by a door, WC, and a window facing the garden. With an open interior design, kitchen and living-sleeping area (bed 1.60m), so the view of the sea can be enjoyed without restriction, even from the bed;

Our garden with 5000 sqm, featuring over 20 large palm trees visible from afar, plants from all over the world, is a taste of paradise. Many years were required to offer you this ambiance, I believe we have succeeded.

The Palmier apartment is located at the end of our property, accessible through the garden, with its own entrance, the terrace is undisturbed with an open view of the sea.

We have lived here for almost 50 years and are happy to give our guests one or two tips, perhaps over a glass of Corsican wine.
Even in the cooler season, Corsica, "The Island of Beauty," is definitely worth a trip; with pleasant temperatures of 15-20°C, your stay will be relaxing, whether hiking, walking on the beach, or simply lazing around. Corsica offers you a unique range of hiking trails, starting right from the house! The old, restored donkey paths lead to the old villages, or also along the coast; circular routes are marked on maps. In the evening, enjoy a good meal, read a book and let the day end in this way; the cozy apartments contribute to relaxation.

Breathtaking view. Top accommodation.
My husband and I were on Corsica for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the Palmier holiday apartment. The accommodation offers an ideal retreat when one seeks peace and relaxation. The breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding landscape was simply dreamy. The lovingly designed garden around the property also contributed to our relaxation. The apartment was quiet yet central, with many opportunities to reach the surrounding beaches, nearby villages, and sights.
If we ever find ourselves in Corsica again, we would be very happy to return.

Beautiful time in the paradise of the Berz family
Corsica-Premiere and right away a bullseye with the accommodation: Beautifully located, dreamlike view of the bay and mountains. Shady palms and trees, beautifully blooming plants. Daily cooling off in the pool or also in the nearby sea bay, with dark blue to turquoise clear water. We enjoyed our two weeks of vacation in this accommodation very much and will come back. A heartfelt thank you dear family Berz!!!

Super view - blooming garden - pool
We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in July 2024 in this functionally furnished apartment with a beautiful terrace and breathtaking views of Bodri Bay. The dreamlike location with a view from the hillside property over the sea, the many blooming flowers in the large garden, and the shade-giving palms with sun loungers on the property is hard to beat. Shade-providing umbrellas are also available. We had every meal outside in temperatures between 27-30 degrees with a little breeze.
The owners are very lovely, helpful, and open-minded; they are of German origin, speak German and French, and gave us good tips.
By car, you can reach the small towns and villages in the area in just a few minutes; there are many shopping options, e.g. in approximately. A large Leclerc supermarket 2 km away, right in front of it a vegetable and fruit market with regional produce. The nearby small harbor town of I'Île Rousse also pleased us very much. The sandy beaches can be reached by car in 5 minutes; those who wish can also tackle the steep slope on foot. A car is recommended for this vacation. The view from the private breakfast terrace is stunning. When we weren't out and about, we spent our days lounging on the beautiful sunbeds and by the very nice pool.
We can recommend this accommodation without reservation! !

Beautiful accommodation
We spent the first two weeks of May in the "Palmier" apartment and then another week in the "Sorbier" apartment. The view from the terraces is simply beautiful and the sunsets are a dream.
We enjoyed the warmth of Gerda and Hans Berz very much. They have created a paradise there, so we have already planned another visit.
The holiday apartment is centrally located. You can reach two beautiful beaches and also Ile Rousse in a few minutes. Further excursions to the mountains or mountain villages are also within an hour's drive and highly recommended.
We will definitely come back and are looking forward to it very much.
