The 138 sqm idyllically situated holiday home from 1935 was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2014/15. During the renovation in 2015/2016, great care was taken to preserve the old charm of the country house.
A beautiful mix of old country house style and modern ambience in a quiet location - perfect for a relaxing holiday

The dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and shower room complete the lower floor.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and WC, 3 bedrooms (2 with access to the balcony). From the balcony you can enjoy the unforgettable view to the Kaisergebirge.
Note: The third bedroom has a pull-out bed that sleeps 2.
The garden with large terrace and the balcony offer many beautiful places to relax and sunbathe.

Location and surroundings of object
Location:
The holiday home is in a prime location on the Auerbach, in a super quiet side street with orchards.
The internationally known Passion Play and concerts in Erl during the year are within walking distance.
The neighbouring Reisach monastery (300m) offers several events.
Kufstein with the Wilder and Zahmer Kaiser mountain ranges is only 8.5 km or a 12-minute drive away.
Leisure activities:
Hiking, cycling, mountain biking and, if there is enough snow, cross-country skiing is possible right from the front door.
Leisure activities for young and old are available in the village and in the surrounding area. In summer, there are a variety of hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking opportunities, the Hocheck adventure mountain (summer toboggan run, legend trail, Oberaudorfer Flieger), bathing lakes, etc
In neighbouring Kiefersfelden there is a water ski facility and in Oberaudorf at the Luegsteinsee a water jump
In winter you can go skiing or snowboarding in the Hocheck ski area (with toboggan run and floodlighting) or Skiparadies Sudelfeld. Cross-country ski trails are groomed when the snow conditions are right. Tobogganing enthusiasts will have fun on the Hocheck and the natural toboggan run at Brünnsteinhaus.
How to get there
by car:
Motorway exit Oberaudorf in the direction of Oberaudorf. From there continue in the direction of Niederaudorf. After the Auerbach bridge, turn right towards Reisach on Innstraße. After the railway subway, take the third right, then left into Margeritenweg
by plane

by train:
Train connections every hour to Munich, journey time approx. 1 hour ).
