The house consists of large open space consisting of living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms are connected with a large hallway. From the rooms there is direct access to the terrace and the private pool. Separately there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron. On the terrace there is additional dining area with barbecue. Two bicycles for adults are included. Scooters or various toys are available for younger guests. Enjoy your holiday at the loungers next to the pool and experience the heavenly tranquility of this peaceful environment.

Vacation with family and friends
We were eight in the accommodation and had a great time in Sissan. The accommodation is well-equipped and has a great outdoor area. We can recommend the accommodation for both a vacation with friends and with small children. For our one-year-old child, there was everything needed on site (travel crib, toys, high chair...). The communication with Mrs. Skoko was perfect. On site, we also had a contact person who provided us with information about events in the area. She was also available for any other questions and was able to help us.
We would be happy to do it again!

5 Friends in Istria
We were 5 friends in the accommodation and had a very nice holiday in Istria
The house has a great outdoor area with a pool and many loungers and seating options, whether in the sun or in the shade. Inside the house everything is also great, the layout of the rooms is top and in the kitchen you have everything you need
Washing machine, air conditioning, barbecue corner - all good and practical.
We would love to come back!

Very nice house
It is a super nice house in actually nice quiet location. You can reach Pula and Medulin in 10-15 minutes. But you can also reach other places very well from this house
Top equipped, everything super clean on arrival, nice big property which is completely walled. A nice big pool, a cosy sitting area for eating and for nice social evenings, a super big barbecue with sink, trampoline for the kids. So everything top! 5 stars ⭐️ House!
Unfortunately I would only be able to give 4 ⭐️ for our stay, because next to the building site was in full swing and on 12 of 14 days from 8-17 hammering, drilling, installing insulation (which led to all the polystyrene of the blanks flew directly onto our property and spread everywhere... on the sunbeds, in the seating area, in the pool! Unfortunately absolutely annoying and no relaxation! ?
On two days the pool was also greenish in the morning, so that we first had to inform the manager that someone had to come to clean it
But what has to be seen as a big plus is that the manager on site and the Skoko family did everything to make sure that we had a nice holiday! Unfortunately, this kind of work was and is allowed in the summer, so your hands were tied too. Nevertheless, thank you for that and also for the "compensation" we received and also enjoyed very much. The boat tour was great and everyone enjoyed it very much!
We would come again!

Leider konnten wir das Problem mit den Arbeiten am Grundstück neben uns nicht in Ihrem Interesse klären, da solche Art von Arbeiten erlaubt sind.
Für den Vorfall mit dem Pool entschuldigen wir uns nochmal bei Ihnen. Wir haben bereits das Thema besprochen, damit dies in der Zukunft nicht mehr passiert.
Es freut uns jedoch sehr das Ihnen die Bootsfahrt die wir Ihnen als Entschädigung zur Verfügung gestellt haben, sehr gefallen hat.
