Our holiday bungalow (approx. 50 sqm) for max. 4 persons is located in beautiful Tossens / Butjadingen only a few minutes' walk from the dyke and the Frisian beach behind it.
The holiday home has 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom: 1 double bed / 2nd bedroom: two single beds).
A fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you need for a set table.
A living/dining room with a large TV and a comfortable couch with ottoman and a cosy dining area.
A bathroom with rain shower, underfloor heating, towel radiator and a large illuminated mirror.
The house can be heated on colder days by an air/heat pump and infrared heating panels.
On the terrace there is patio furniture, a parasol, an awning and a charcoal barbecue.
The property is fenced (1.40 m double bar fence) and has a lockable garden gate.
Parking is available directly in front of the house, or in the large car park in front of the holiday home complex, as you wish.
A well-behaved dog, which does not go to bed or onto the sofa, is allowed on request (one-off dog fee 20.00 euros)

Location and surroundings of object
In the surrounding area you will find e.g. shops, restaurants, bakery, bicycle rental, pirate playground, kite meadow, mudflat walks, mini golf, centre park (tropical bath) with all its attractions etc., all within walking distance for you.
In the neighbouring village of Burhave there is a large play barn, the North Sea lagoon (swimming even at low tide), adventure golf and much more.
The larger cities such as Wilhelmshaven or Bremerhaven can be reached quickly by car.
There is so much to discover in the surrounding area that a week's holiday is not enough :-)

The guest fee per person and day (can be seen on the official Butjadingen homepage) is to be paid on site to our manager
this is paid directly to the municipality of Butjadingen. With the guest contribution, you receive many discounts at local providers and free bus rides with the Strandläufer to the neighbouring villages.
On request, arrival is possible not only on Saturdays but also during the week in the low season.
If you are interested, you can also rent the holiday home next door (for 2 people). The properties of the two houses are directly next to each other, but separated by an opaque privacy fence. If desired, the respective guests can reach each other through a garden gate.

Always worth a trip
The first time we were in the little house was in January 2022, and now again in May. The little house and the area are worth a visit at any time of the year. From Tossens, you can do a lot, whether on foot, by bike, or by car. Or you can simply make yourself comfortable in the garden. For breakfast, you can quickly get fresh rolls or have breakfast directly at the bakery. Or you can treat yourself to a piece of cake during coffee time as well. If you have a question about the little house, the manager on-site is always available and very helpful. Here, the pictures match reality. Just go there and see for yourself. We can only wish you lots of fun and relaxation.

Beautiful small holiday home
The holiday home is very centrally located, yet quiet. The beach, shops, restaurants, tropical pool, and bike rental can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The little house is clean and nicely furnished. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We would love to come back.
