This fine, detached, single-storey chalet is located at Holiday Park Molengroet, a stone's throw from the Geestmerambacht recreation area and only 9 km. from the cosy cheese town of Alkmaar.
The chalet is comfortable, completely and colourfully furnished. In addition to a living room with TV, an open kitchen including a dishwasher and a combi microwave, you have two bedrooms, each with two 1-pers. beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. In the bathroom, you will find a shower cabin and a toilet.
Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car directly at the chalet.
Various chalets and safari tents can be booked at Holiday Park Molengroet for four to sixteen people.

Holiday Park Molengroet is a cosy family park, located within walking distance of the Geestmerambacht Recreation Area and only 9 km from the lively cheese town of Alkmaar.
The various chalets are spread over this green, cosy and child-friendly holiday park. Here, there's never any need to be bored for a moment. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a sports field, various play equipment spread over the park, an air trampoline, a jeu-de-boules court, an entertainment team for children during the summer holidays, bicycle and go-kart rental and a (takeaway) restaurant. where you can also order and pick up your fresh (hot) sandwiches daily. If you prefer to visit the recreational lake of Geestmerambacht, it's only a few minutes away. Here you will find several beaches, playgrounds and two restaurants. For the mountain biker, there is a nice single-track mountain bike trail. The start is at the central parking lot of the recreation area, a stone's throw from Holiday Park Molengroet. The trail is also good for the novice mountain biker. It's also a nice walking area with a great diversity of flora and fauna.
Holiday park Molengroet is also an excellent base for making day trips. The beautiful North Sea beaches are an easy 14 km-bike ride away. A nice walk in the beautiful and extensive dune area of Schoorl and Bergen is a must for the nature lover. For the kids, we would recommend De Holle Bolle Boom for eating, playing and water fun in Tuijtenhorn (4.9 km.), Vlindorado in Waarland (8 km.), Landgoed Hoederdaell zoo in Anna Paulowna (25 km.) and Van Blanckendaell Park animal park in Tuitjenhorn (7.5 km). There are also several cities that are more than worth visiting. Each with its own atmosphere and character, but all with cosy shops, restaurants and culture. We already mentioned Alkmaar (9 km), but the historic cities of Medemblik (26 km), Hoorn (29 km) and Enkhuizen (43 km.) are also well worth a visit. From Alkmaar Rail Station, you can reach the centre of bustling Amsterdam in about 35 minutes by train. The cosy seaside resorts of Bergen and Egmond and Schoorl with its famous Klimduin are also within easy reach.

Great chalet, clean and plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. It is also handy that the bicycle can be stored in the accompanying shed.
