The well-maintained, detached holiday home with kidney-shaped private pool is located in the residential area Marquesa in Denia on an enclosed private property with a carport on the premises. Four sun loungers and a seating area are available on the spacious pool terrace. There is also a built-in outdoor shower and a built-in gas barbecue.
