The Fersina Valley, the location of our hut, is situated in the Lagorai mountains in the heart of Trentino, which is considered one of the most beautiful in the Alps. Our mountain chalet is located about 20 kilometers east of the city of Trento. The undeveloped and untouched mountain valley has been a German-speaking language island since it was settled in the 14th century by farmers and workers from Tyrol and South Tyrol. The ancient dialect language, Bersntolerisch, is still spoken today by about 800 people in the valley.
The valley, surrounded by many mountain peaks, is known for its Mediterranean climate and its fantastic flora and fauna as well as the magnificent mountain scenery. It is located not far from Lake Caldonazzo, Lake Levico, and Lake Piazze, which invite you to a refreshing swim in summer after a short drive.
In the Fersina Valley, there are countless hiking opportunities for all levels, reaching up to over 2500 meters. It offers good infrastructure; its still original traditions and hearty cuisine captivate many. A place to quickly escape everyday stress, right in the middle of Trentino, with all kinds of leisure opportunities in enchanting nature.

| The rental prices include: Extra bed at the beginning of the rental period, weekly change of bed linen, towels and table linen, a small welcome gift, the costs for cold water, electricity, heating gas, firewood, sewage disposal and waste disposal in the valley as well as the final cleaning according to the protocol of the Autonomous Province of Trento to COVID-19. Children under 3 years stay rent free. On request free of charge: Cot, high chair, changing mat and bottle warmer. Your pets are welcome (max. 2 small - medium sized animals) and will be charged with € 8,50/ animal / day. The local tourist tax is € 1,00/night/person over 14 years for max. 10 nights. Fantastic mountain holiday, dreamlike hut
I like to see the pictures of the Tottn Hütte again when looking for a new holiday home. We were at the hut with our dog in September 2021. The view of the mountains is sensational and we enjoyed the peace and quiet up there. With the help of the beautiful weather, we were able to hike and do a lot. The region offers possibilities of every kind. In the hut itself, everything was impeccable - we didn't want for anything
We will certainly come back one day.

Anytime again
More recreation is almost impossible. The reality surpasses the advertising. We were enthusiastic about the hut as well as the Fersental. Recommended for all those who want to avoid the tourist crowds. Thanks to the friendly landlord family.

Reality surpasses the description
We spent a super autumn week hiking and relaxing in ideal weather in the holiday chalet in Trentino. Real relaxation, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and very nice landlords. If you love the mountains and solitude, this is the place for you. We will be happy to come back.
