Description
The cosy master bedroom and the spacious children's room invite you to relax and sleep. There is a bright shower room with WC in the flat. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc. leaves nothing to be desired. Washing machine and dryer are available.
In the spacious, light-flooded living room, you will find a smart TV, a radio with CD player and a free WLAN fibre-optic connection to always be up to date.
The underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the house.
The covered terrace with its high-quality garden furniture invites you to linger in the sun. All our flats (80m² each) are non-smoking and barrier-free.

We welcome you to our child-friendly farm in Elpersbüttel/Dithmarschen (near Meldorf/Büsum), the gateway to the Wadden Sea National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our farm is surrounded by extensive farmland and lush pastures. The dike foreland is home to sheep and geese. the large water filter of the North Sea and the constant wind movement that surrounds Elpersbüttel are an ideal stimulating climate

We will be back :-))
It's not just the children who feel at home here. Feeding the goats and sheep in the morning is a highlight for city kids. The guided horseback riding makes children's eyes sparkle. The trampoline in the playground is also desirable.

Very beautiful vacation rental
The vacation rental of the Karstens family was very nice, clean and modern. Mrs. Karstens was always easy to reach and communication was very straightforward. The apartment is barrier-free and therefore also very suitable for visitors with disabilities. We had a very nice time there and can only recommend the vacation rental!

Family friendly holiday farm
The holiday home is very modern and comfortably furnished. Super suitable for families with children! There are still happy animals living here!!!Super situated, quiet location, excursion destinations are easily accessible.very nicely equipped.every wish was catered for and questions were answered quickly.bakery is within walking distance?Super for families with children, there was pony riding, animals could be fed independently, there is a great playground and during pony riding a lot of time was taken for the children.

New, super furnished apartment, nice hosts
A very nice new holiday flat accompanied our holiday. Very spacious and plenty of room. A large terrace invited us to linger. From there you have a good view of the playground and the adjacent paddock. As we come from Schleswig-Holstein, the journey was very relaxed.
In addition to the activities on the holiday farm, my children flew their kite on the Meldorf dike at the bathing area. With my son I did a hike with llamas near St. Michaelisdonn, a very interesting and fun father and child activity.
We chose Heide for a shopping trip followed by an ice cream.
A visit to the newly renovated seal breeding station with a visit to the self-service fish restaurant on the other side of the harbour was a must. The new holiday flats are bright and friendly. The rooms are functional but very chic. In the master bedroom there is a wardrobe with well-divided storage space next to the double bed. In the children's room with two single beds there is plenty of space to play. The windows in both rooms have blackout pleated blinds. The windows have fly screens throughout the flat. There is a very spacious shower room. The entrance door takes you into the hallway from which all the rooms lead off.
The living-dining area, from which the open kitchen is accessible, is very lovingly furnished and we wanted for nothing. The host family is very friendly and the hostess is always nice. The hostess is always nice and available for a chat. We always get new, interesting information about the surroundings or interesting activities. She always has an open ear for questions, wishes and complaints. Feeding the animals in the morning, egg hunts and pony rides are the highlight of the day for my children. Driving a tractor by arrangement is possible for small and large holiday guests.
This time we went on a hike with llamas. A great experience.
