Description
This holiday home has a living area of approx. 94 m² and sleeping accommodation for 4 adults and a small child. The house is fully equipped from the washing-up brush to the washing machine and tumble dryer, so that only bed linen, towels and personal belongings need to be brought along. The house has been built according to current low-energy standards and can be heated both electrically and with a wood-burning stove. In consideration of allergy sufferers, we unfortunately cannot accept pets. The sauna offers space for 4 adults and is heated electrically. There is plenty of lawn space for the little ones. In summer you can park your car in front of the carport, where there are also 4 bicycles ready for you, one of them also with a child seat. The combined living and dining room offers seating for 4 people, and there is also a high chair for children. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a blender and a toaster. Unfortunately, you will have to do without a dishwasher, but a reasonably large pan and decent pots are available. A kettle and coffee maker are a matter of course. Of course, there is also a sufficient amount of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower cubicle and washbasin, as well as a 4 m² sauna. Outside: From the living room you can access the large wooden terrace, where garden chairs, a table and a beach chair are provided.
Surrounding area: There is so much to discover in Dithmarschen that there is not enough space here. In your holiday home you will find enough information material to explore the surrounding area in a targeted way.
Activities: All kinds of sports are possible, especially everything that has to do with water and the sea.

In the high season, the arrival and departure day is always Saturday. Also, only whole weeks are rented out in the high season. During the rest of the season, the house can be rented for 3 nights or more, whereby the high season prices always apply at the weekend. The only additional costs are the electricity costs you use, which we charge at 35 Ct / kWh. There is no visitor's tax, washing machine usage fee or similar. If you would like to use our WLAN network, we charge 1.00 € / day. You take care of the ER yourself or instruct us to do so. For rental periods of less than 7 days, we will take care of the ER and charge a flat rate of 50.00 €. You can bring firewood from home or buy it on site. Holidays in the summer house by the sea
We were in the summer house in Nordermeldorf for 2 weeks in July/August. It was 2 beautiful weeks. The weather was mixed, but in the holiday house, you can feel really comfortable even in "bad weather." Very nice landlord and everything went well. The location of the house is very quiet, which we found great. A car is definitely an advantage. But we also traveled a lot by bike. The house is highly recommended.

Relaxed turn of the year
Four of us (4 girlfriends) spent the New Year in this very well equipped holiday home. The fireplace and the sofa corner are very cosy; the bathroom is very spacious with a small sauna, which we used every day.
The house is in a very quiet location and the surrounding area is great for walking. If you want a bit more hustle and bustle, you can quickly get to Büsum!
We liked it very much!

Great weekend, great house
my girlfriend and I spent a short holiday in this great house. We used the sauna and fireplace every day, it was just wonderfully relaxing and restful. We will definitely do it again, maybe with friends who could stay in the other houses.

THE HAMMER, THIS HOUSE
Fortunately, we had a vacation in September and therefore had great weather. We were able to enjoy the sundowner on the terrace every evening and even took a swim in the North Sea. The house is nicely furnished, we just didn't use the sauna and the stove :-( because we didn't feel like it with the good weather. The landlord is nice and friendly, only came by to mow the lawn. The location is fantastic, with chickens, ducks, and geese as neighbors... and that silence, we miss it now in the city.
All in all: unreservedly recommended!!
