This newly furnished, detached holiday bungalow is located adjacent to the vast dune area of Renesse, within walking distance to the beach.
In the wonderfully quiet and green park “‘t Ongerepte”, the modern wooden bungalow “De Zandbank” is situated with a sunny garden and lots of privacy! Here you drive with your personal chip for the entrance gate to your parking space, from there it is only a few steps to the house. Thanks to the perfect location, you can walk directly from the house along the beach path to the beach pavilion “De Zwaluw” (the Swallow) for a cup of coffee. At the nearby supermarket, you can buy your fresh bread rolls and your newspaper in the mornings from March to October. There is also a bicycle rental available there. In summer, you can easily reach the center of Renesse with a free shuttle bus. The house features a very tastefully furnished living room with a digital television with many German channels, switchable free Wi-Fi, as well as a separate desk area. The entire bungalow is centrally heated.
Through the French doors you reach the sunny terrace. Here you can start the day with breakfast and end the evening in style at the electric grill. On the terrace you can sit sheltered from the wind, and even on cooler evenings the cozy heaters provide the necessary warmth.
The open kitchen is comfortably equipped, including a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, 2-burner induction stove, refrigerator, combination microwave, and dishwasher. The cozy dining area also invites you to spend game evenings together; a selection of German and Dutch board games can be found on the living room shelf.
The house has five beds in three bedrooms with wardrobes as well as a comfortable bathroom with a rain shower. In a separate chamber you will find a washing machine, dryer, and a second refrigerator with freezer compartment. Behind the house you can park and charge your bicycles. The beach is a highlight at any time of year, and water sports enthusiasts are also in the right place here. The beautiful, expansive dune landscape and the nearby nature reserve are ideal for relaxing hiking and cycling excursions. The neighboring town of Zierikzee offers maritime flair with its picturesque old town and harbor. For further excursions to the cities, you can reach Rotterdam, Delft, or The Hague by car in just one hour. The house "De Zandbank" is the ideal holiday home for anyone seeking relaxing peace and nature on the Zeeland coast!
