The Lungau Home detached house in the municipality of Mariapfarr was lovingly renovated and completely renewed in 2021
The cosy chalet at the foot of the Fanningberg ski area in Salzburg's Lungau region is situated on a small hill and offers space for 6 to 8 people
You can look forward to 120m² of living space spread over 2 floors:
* 3 modern bedrooms - 2 double rooms and one 3-bed room with pull-out couch (1.40m x 2m), all rooms with double bed, cable TV, wardrobe, wardrobe, partial desk and balcony
* 2 bathrooms with floor heating, washbasin, shower at ground level, towel dryer, hairdryer, WC (some separate)
* new fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge with freezer compartments
* spacious living area with dining table, large Smart TV, reading corner, comfortable couch with bed function
* Garden with garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue facilities

Our holiday home is located at the foot of the skiing and hiking area Fanningberg in the midst of the unique mountain world of the Biosphere Park.

You can reach the skiing areas Fanningberg, Großeck-Speiereck and Aineck in a few minutes. Approx. 20 km away are the ski areas of Obertauern and Katschberg. But you can also enjoy the sun on cross-country skis. Snow is guaranteed on the high altitude trails of the region. You can start your ski tours right from the front door! Numerous winter hiking trails, toboggan runs, snowshoe hikes or horse-drawn carriage rides offer fun for the whole family!
In summer - mountain hiking bliss!
There are numerous hiking areas and approx. 500 km of cycling and mountain bike trails for every level of fitness, from family-friendly to challenging! Numerous excursion destinations for families provide variety: the popular Outdoor- and Waterparc Lungau (only a 10-minute walk away), the historic railway "Taurachbahn", indoor and outdoor swimming pool BadeInsel with mini golf, vitality and wellness center "Samsunn", summer mountain railways, Mauterndorf Castle and much more.

Great winter holiday
Beautifully furnished holiday home, everything a vacationer's heart desires.
Great location, great amenities, perfect starting point for hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, etc.

A great vacation home in the best location.
The holiday home is highly recommended if you want to have a relaxing vacation. It is situated in a very quiet location. It has a small plot for private use. The holiday home was recently modernized and newly furnished. The inventory/furniture/electrical appliances/bathroom fittings are all high-quality and modern. The bedrooms can be easily darkened if needed, and you sleep on excellent mattresses. We usually used the balcony for our afternoon coffee for two, from which there was a great view of Mariapfarr and the surrounding mountains.
Many thanks in this way to our unobtrusive, very nice landlords Karin and Stefan for the lovely days we were able to spend in this beautiful house!
