Description
Our chalet for 4 people is built with high quality materials and designed entirely according to individual wishes. This is what you will feel and experience during your stay: Comfort and luxury. Really like home, or even better, because everything is new.
There are 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a luxurious kitchen and a cozy dining and living room. Of course, it is also wonderful to relax outside on the terrace with all the comforts that the chalet offers.
For heating and cooling, the 2 bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
The bathroom is wonderfully spacious and equipped with a large shower tray, toilet, radiator heating and a wide sink with mega mirror and plenty of storage space.
The kitchen has everything you need: Combi oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and gas stove. In addition, there are many accessories such as griddle, shaker/bulit, thermos, kettle and of course an extensive set of dishes and cutlery. With Nespresso and milk frother you can drink delicious coffee.
The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, a round dining area with 4 chairs, Smart TV with cable reception, free internet via secure WIFI and a Harman Kardon speaker (Google).
There are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has 2 box spring beds of 90x200 cm, 2 closets, a nightstand and a blackout curtain.
The bedroom has a very spacious closet. The Swiss sense bed has a special topper from the Van der Valk hotel line. So sleep well! This should be possible with a blackout blind.
There are 2 sliding doors (from the master bedroom and living room) to connect optimally with the outdoor area. A beautiful PVC floor with herringbone pattern that runs throughout the chalet. The atmosphere is very cozy, modern but warm; you will quickly feel at home! The beds are made upon arrival so that the vacation can begin immediately.
Outside, the terrace is beautiful because of the ceramic tiles on the floor and a trendy dining table, 6 chairs and a sofa from Life Outdoor. The seat cushions can easily stay outside even when it rains. The garden is given atmosphere by the 2 olive trees and various grasses. Right next to the chalet is a parking space for 1 car/motorcycle. There is also a luxurious outdoor kitchen (gas grill) with 4 burners and a side burner. Delicious outdoor cooking! Finally, there is a large parasol so you can sit in the shade.
Our chalet is pet and smoke free.

The campsite is located directly on the dunes, only 300 meters from the beach and close to the lively seaside resort of Renesse. Within a few minutes walk you have your feet in the sand and enjoy a 21 km long clean and white beach. Surrounded by beautiful nature for walking or cycling. Horseback riding, water sports or mountain biking is also widely available. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy real vacation feeling.

- Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.

Bij annulering van de overeenkomst is de huurder een percentage van de huursom als vergoeding als volgt verschuldigd: i. 50% van de totale huursom bij annulering tot twee maanden voor de aankomstdatum; ii. 75% van de totale huursom bij annulering tot één maand voor de aankomstdatum; iii. 90% van de totale huursom bij annulering binnen één maand voor de aankomstdatum; iv. 100% van de totale huursom bij annulering vanaf zeven dagen tot op de dag van aankomst. v. Indien u binnen 24 uur na de overeengekomen datum zonder nadere kennisgeving niet bent gearriveerd wordt dit beschouwd als een annulering en is 100% van de huursom verschuldigd. c. In geval van annulering onzerzijds (conform artikel 9) worden eventueel al betaalde gelden gerestitueerd.

Camping & Beachresort Julianahoeve offers everyone an extensive choice of sports and activities. In the swimming paradise you will find a beautiful indoor pool, a heated baby/toddler pool, family whirlpools, a racy and two super-fast slides. There's also a spray park that's open in good weather. In the spa area, adults can relax in an infrared sauna, steam room, or bubble bath. Do you like to be active during your vacation? The campsite has a soccer cage, table tennis, tennis court, outdoor fitness and jeu de boules court. There are also several playgrounds, a zip line, a treasure island with a large pirate ship for climbing, a large play cushion, a laser game and an indoor playground. The campsite also has a professional animation team that organizes entertaining activities.
There are also many gastronomic facilities. At the campsite you will find the cozy brasserie Eb & Tide, with an extensive menu and nice places around the fireplace to have a drink. In the food court 42 you can order delicious fresh fries, pizzas or sandwiches. At the ice cream counter you can also opt for a takeaway meal and a delicious ice cream. Directly above the dunes you will find the beach pavilion South South West. Here you can relax in nice weather or enjoy a long walk on the beach. You can get your daily groceries at the supermarket on the campsite. It has a very wide range and is open daily from March to November.

A very nice accommodation in Renesse
We enjoyed our short holiday in this beach house very much!
The house is very tastefully and above all modernly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped
It is in a quiet location and you are only a few minutes away from the beach
On the very nice terrace you can also enjoy the sun in the afternoon!
The landlords are friendly and accommodating.
We would love to come back at any time!

Het is hier heerlijk relaxen in een totaal andere omgeving. Hier zijn geeft ons het ultieme vakantiegevoel. We zijn echte ondernemers en hebben het altijd al leuk gevonden om speciale belevenissen voor onszelf en anderen te creëren. Dit komt mooi samen met de totstandkoming van ons Beachhouse, die we vanaf 2021 verhuren vanuit onze onderneming MarEva Real Estate. We hebben het Beachhouse volledig in samenwerking met lokale ondernemers ontworpen, gebouwd, geïnstalleerd en ingericht. We zijn er enorm trots op en laten hier ook graag andere van meegenieten!
