In our holiday home, relaxation and well-being are written in capital letters. With approx. 85 m² of living space, the holiday home offers enough room for 6 people. The entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating and the electric blinds with insect protection and WLAN.
The holiday home is excellently equipped to enjoy a perfect and relaxing holiday as a family with children, as a couple or with your pet.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms. Each of them is equipped with a box spring bed, a wardrobe and a TV. A travel cot and a high chair are also available for our younger guests.
The living and dining room with open kitchen is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a fireplace. A large dining table with seating for up to 6 is available. The modern fitted kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Starting with a coffee machine, a toaster and even spices.
You also have access to the covered terrace, the garden and your own log sauna.
A bathroom with a ground-level shower, a washbasin and a toilet facility is also at your disposal. In addition, there is a guest WC.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in Walchum and is about 2 km from the centre. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bakery and a supermarket. There are also numerous restaurants. The holiday home has a direct lake view and also access to the swimming lake. It is located in the Seepark Eiken. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed here. You can also reach a larger lake, the Herzogsee in Walchum, only about 1.5 km away. The bathing beach slopes gently, but there is also a jetty available to get into the water. During the bathing season, a kiosk offers refreshments, and toilets are also available. The entire lake is fenced and accessible from the car park.

Great vacation for the whole family
The spacious holiday home is lovingly and high-quality furnished. The kitchen was also very well equipped - even making waffles was possible! The beds are very comfortable and there was a TV in every bedroom, a special highlight for the kids. Our dogs also felt very well, they could move freely in the fenced property. The location directly by the lake is great, while the kids splash around, the parents can enjoy the sun on the terrace. A completely successful vacation!

Summer vacation dream lake view Walchum
Great well-maintained modern furnished house. With direct access to the lake. Spent a very relaxing time with friends here. I can only recommend it.

We are a nice family of 3 from Emsland and speak German, Russian and English. Why accommodation in Walchum? We have furnished our holiday home with love just as we would like to relax in a holiday home. Our holiday home is family-friendly. After a nice afternoon at the lake you can end the evening at the fireplace and in the sauna. Finally, there are some board games, such as Monopoly, Activity etc. at your disposal.
