A great residence, specifically designed to cater to the needs of families.

We spent a few days over Easter in the beautiful cottage and felt very comfortable the whole time. Everything you need is there. In the kitchen, you will find everything imaginable for cooking and much more! We would love to come back! The landlords take care lovingly, even an Easter nest was ready for our son upon arrival! Thank you so much for so much attention!!

We have rarely had such a good and beautiful holiday home.

As described in the other reviews, there is nothing missing. The location and the great equipment, especially the kitchen, have already been positively reviewed.
We made day trips to Erfurt, Ilmenau, Weimar, the Thuringian Zoo Park, and the Buchenwald Memorial. Thanks to the location near the highway (which you naturally can't hear), everything was easily accessible.
We booked six nights shortly after Christmas and over the New Year's holidays. Our host even lovingly decorated the holiday home for Christmas: Christmas decorations, fresh flowers, chocolate for the children, and a bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve brought us special joy.
We often book holiday homes or apartments, and we have to say: this one was definitely one of the best!!! If we are on vacation in the area again, we will definitely stay in this house. But then in the summer ;-)

Very easy to reach, super friendly hosts, fulfill every wish. The house is fully equipped, with everything your heart desires. Very clean. Good restaurant within 500 m. Sufficient attractions in the area, good bus connection.

Great short vacation.

The accommodation, as well as the pictures, fully correspond to the description.
We spent a short vacation in this great and very clean vacation apartment, where we really didn't miss anything.
The vacation apartment is just a stone's throw away from the lake, so you can go swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, etc. there in good weather. You can sit wonderfully on the terrace to relax and enjoy the sun.
There are also two restaurants within walking distance.
The city of Erfurt can be quickly reached by car if you want to experience some big city air.
The communication with Mrs. Poprawa was great and uncomplicated from start to finish.

A dream

The incredibly nice hostess fulfilled every wish for us. Whether additional guests, boat trips or barbecues, everything was perfect and to our complete satisfaction. Therefore, we had to extend our stay in order to continue enjoying it. The house had everything you need. The cleanliness and orderliness were unbeatable. Great. As a result, we will come back and enjoy the beautiful location and the view over the lake.

More is not possible...

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The entire house was very, very clean. The decor matched every smallest detail, modern, tasteful and with a lot of love. Nothing was missing in the kitchen equipment. All the people were very nice in the complex, which was also securely lockable from both sides, ensuring privacy and peaceful relaxation. The owners are very, very nice. They took care of everything from booking, during the stay, to departure. A great service. The price-performance ratio is accordingly excellent. We say thank you thousand times for the wonderful time and until next time ;-)

Great vacation house with very nice water access.

Hello Mrs. Poprawa,
We felt very comfortable in your home and would like to thank you for the uncomplicated rental. The location is great, and there are good options for dining out and the private residential area is very quiet.
For next time, it would be great if the basic spices salt, pepper, and sugar, and maybe a bottle of oil were available. But luckily we had salt with us :)

Stay in Nöda at Lake Alperstedt

A holiday home that leaves hardly anything to be desired!
Every piece of furniture you can imagine in the kitchen is available.
Everything has been furnished with great attention to detail and the colours have been coordinated.
The ducks in the lake are reminiscent of the Baltic Sea.
The car is safely parked in the grounds and shopping facilities for daily needs can be easily reached by car.

Great holiday home

The holiday home is very nicely and comfortably furnished and above all spotlessly clean. Family Poprawa has thought of everything, we found nothing that we would have missed. From the beginning there was a good contact with the hosts and wishes were fulfilled without problems, e.g. allergy-suitable duvets and pillows. It was our first holiday as a foursome and it couldn't have been more beautiful ??
From the beginning, already at the booking, we felt very welcome by Mrs Poprawa ? The communication was great ?
The house is situated in the second row to the lake in a 'closed' residential complex with its own sandy beach and jetty ?
Nothing is missing - parking directly in front of the house, enough space for the 4 of us, baby travel cot, the equipment of the kitchen ?, cosy lounge and deck chairs in the garden, two bedrooms, cosy balcony where you can enjoy the view of the lake ?
Clean, cosy, quiet and with great attention to detail ?

Top equipped house in a good location with great hosts

There is really more than enough everything in the house. From all kinds of knives to dishes, glasses, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, TV, stereo, couches and pillows.




The hosts are very nice and helpful and let us use their SUPs and the dinghy with electric motor free of charge.
Erfurt with its historic old town, the Krämerbrücke and the cathedral is only a few kilometres away. The Buchenwald concentration camp and Weimar with the Bauhaus Museum, Goethe and Schiller House and many other sights can also be reached in about half an hour by car.

Super holiday directly at the lake

We had a great holiday with the family. Our 3 children (3 years, 7 years, 11 years) could walk directly from the house to the lake. The house is located in a closed complex to which only tenants or residents have access. The equipment of the house is great - nothing is missing. Everything is very neatly furnished and in top condition. Our landlord was very nice and friendly. We were also allowed to borrow their boat to sail across the lake.

Everything is available.

From the holiday home, everything is possible. Sightseeing, culture and shopping in Erfurt.
A small, super well-kept beach within walking distance of just 50 meters from the house.

Super vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at the House at Sunset. The house leaves nothing to be desired. It is modernly furnished and very clean. Everything imaginable is available. The landlord Heike (and her husband) is always eager to ensure that her tenants lack nothing. She even put unicorn bed linens on for my little daughter. The nearby bathing area invites you to swim in a very clean lake. We felt completely comfortable from the first to the last moment and would very gladly come back. Holiday home in best location, top equipped with feel-good factor

First of all, I must emphasise that even the first contact was an experience, she was prompt, purposeful and cordial, without having been there we already felt well received. This was also confirmed on site when we arrived. The holiday home is located in a closed complex where only two houses are rented out, so it is very relaxed, with a great neighbourhood. The landlords are always available with help and advice. We were very surprised how well equipped the house is, the kitchen alone lacks nothing. You can still look out onto the lake from the second row, fantastic... Nothing stands in the way of spontaneous cooling off on the jetty. There are two restaurants nearby, one directly on the lake. Recreational vacation

We were 3 adults and had a week off with our eldest daughter. The two beautiful bedrooms were ideal. Everything was really nice and tastefully furnished. Everything you need was there, bed linens, towels, all very good and clean. Heike is the good soul of the house, always nice and helpful.
Those seeking peace and wanting to go for a quick swim will find the ideal place there. Exploring the area by bike is fun.
We will definitely come back with pleasure.

Beautiful vacation days in a super great holiday home.

We spent a few pre-Easter days at the holiday home by Lake Alperstedt with our parents.

The holiday home is located in a small beautiful settlement with almost direct access to Lake Alperstedt. The location is simply dreamy. It is only a few kilometers to Erfurt. Thuringia has a lot to offer otherwise! Weimar, Gotha, Eisenach... and much more are worth a trip.

There is really nothing missing in and around the holiday home! You can park the car directly in front of it. There is enough space for 4 adults.

Many heartfelt thanks again to the Poprawa family for the loving and warm care during our stay. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time to the fullest.

We will definitely come back.

Super beautiful vacation days in a great holiday home.

We spent a few days during the pre-Christmas season at Alperstedter See with the family. The holiday home is located in a very idyllic and quiet location by the lake in the second row and is secured by a gate system on the entire property with about 12 small residential houses. The holiday home impresses with its loving and high-quality furnishings. Everything is in top condition!!! The landlords are absolutely warm-hearted and always strive for the well-being of their guests. If something is actually missing, which was not the case with us, it will be procured or taken care of immediately. The location is excellent for excursions; Thuringia has a lot to offer. We drove there and can highly recommend Erfurt, Weimar, Bad Langensalza, KZ Buchenwald, etc. for trips. A heartfelt thank you once again to the Poprawa family for the loving and warm care during our stay. We enjoyed our time to the fullest. 100% would recommend, we will definitely come back!!!

A beautiful idyllic scene

A lovely, modern, stylish holiday home furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing is missing; the house has everything you need and wish for. From the parking space, terrace/garden, laundry room to the two bedrooms with balcony, great bathroom, cozy living room, and fully equipped kitchen... The landlady is very friendly, lovingly takes care of her guests, and is always reachable. The location is an idyll, and we will come back in warmer times to enjoy the garden/terrace more, use the lake, and relax. The lake is wonderfully clear, and its turquoise color reminds one of the sea. The area is inviting for cycling. There are plenty of routes and hiking trails. The city is also quickly reachable by car, where one can take a nice sightseeing tour or do some shopping. If you want to experience a bit more, you can explore the surroundings by car and go on day trips.
Restaurants can be reached in 3 minutes and are recommended.

Newly built holiday home with super modern furnishings. Everything is very lovingly decorated. Flowers and champagne as a welcome. Every wish is asked and fulfilled if possible. Everything needed for a holiday is available. The landlords are warm and open-minded. Location is only 10 minutes from Erfurt and by the lake, you can definitely relax well in the summer. Beautiful!

The holiday home is simply GREAT. We felt comfortable from the very beginning!! It was very clean and the furnishings/equipment were amazing! It looks just as beautiful as in the pictures. The view of the lake makes you forget everything. The location is perfect. You have your peace, but the supermarket/baker/restaurants are all very close. The landlady was really very nice and uncomplicated from the first moment. We will definitely book the house again, but then for a longer period.

Simply just class!

This holiday home leaves nothing to be desired, a high-end equipped kitchen with all amenities, a beautiful living room with direct access to the sun terrace with lounge, and a very spacious bathroom in a modern style, all with attention to detail! On the upper floor, we were fascinated by the two bedrooms with a balcony and, of course, the outstanding view over the lake. It is no coincidence that it is called "View of the Sunset"! This has always overwhelmed us, even on days when the weather wasn't great. Aside from these facts, it was the hospitality and warmth of our landlords that cannot be described; you just have to experience it! We can and will only recommend this holiday home further!
