We have rarely had such a good and beautiful holiday home.

As described in the other reviews, there is nothing missing. The location and the great equipment, especially the kitchen, have already been positively reviewed.
We made day trips to Erfurt, Ilmenau, Weimar, the Thuringian Zoo Park, and the Buchenwald Memorial. Thanks to the location near the highway (which you naturally can't hear), everything was easily accessible.
We booked six nights shortly after Christmas and over the New Year's holidays. Our host even lovingly decorated the holiday home for Christmas: Christmas decorations, fresh flowers, chocolate for the children, and a bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve brought us special joy.
We often book holiday homes or apartments, and we have to say: this one was definitely one of the best!!! If we are on vacation in the area again, we will definitely stay in this house. But then in the summer ;-)

Very easy to reach, super friendly hosts, fulfill every wish. The house is fully equipped, with everything your heart desires. Very clean. Good restaurant within 500 m. Sufficient attractions in the area, good bus connection.

Great short vacation.

The accommodation, as well as the pictures, fully correspond to the description.
We spent a short vacation in this great and very clean vacation apartment, where we really didn't miss anything.
The vacation apartment is just a stone's throw away from the lake, so you can go swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, etc. there in good weather. You can sit wonderfully on the terrace to relax and enjoy the sun.
There are also two restaurants within walking distance.
The city of Erfurt can be quickly reached by car if you want to experience some big city air.
The communication with Mrs. Poprawa was great and uncomplicated from start to finish.
Thank you for the wonderful vacation days in your great vacation apartment.

A dream

The incredibly nice hostess fulfilled every wish for us. Whether additional guests, boat trips or barbecues, everything was perfect and to our complete satisfaction. Therefore, we had to extend our stay in order to continue enjoying it. The house had everything you need. The cleanliness and orderliness were unbeatable. Great. As a result, we will come back and enjoy the beautiful location and the view over the lake.

More is not possible...

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The entire house was very, very clean. The decor matched every smallest detail, modern, tasteful and with a lot of love. Nothing was missing in the kitchen equipment. All the people were very nice in the complex, which was also securely lockable from both sides, ensuring privacy and peaceful relaxation. The owners are very, very nice. They took care of everything from booking, during the stay, to departure. A great service. The price-performance ratio is accordingly excellent. We say thank you thousand times for the wonderful time and until next time ;-)

Great vacation house with very nice water access.

Hello Mrs. Poprawa,
We felt very comfortable in your home and would like to thank you for the uncomplicated rental. The location is great, and there are good options for dining out and the private residential area is very quiet.
For next time, it would be great if the basic spices salt, pepper, and sugar, and maybe a bottle of oil were available. But luckily we had salt with us :)

Stay in Nöda at Lake Alperstedt

A holiday home that leaves hardly anything to be desired!
Every piece of furniture you can imagine in the kitchen is available.
Everything has been furnished with great attention to detail and the colours have been coordinated.
The ducks in the lake are reminiscent of the Baltic Sea.
The car is safely parked in the grounds and shopping facilities for daily needs can be easily reached by car.

Great holiday home

The holiday home is very nicely and comfortably furnished and above all spotlessly clean. Family Poprawa has thought of everything, we found nothing that we would have missed. From the beginning there was a good contact with the hosts and wishes were fulfilled without problems, e.g. allergy-suitable duvets and pillows. We were warmly welcomed with flowers, wine and chocolate. Our week here was great. Many thanks to the Poprawa family.

Family holiday

It was our first holiday as a foursome and it couldn't have been more beautiful ??
From the beginning, already at the booking, we felt very welcome by Mrs Poprawa ? The communication was great ?
The house is situated in the second row to the lake in a 'closed' residential complex with its own sandy beach and jetty ?
Nothing is missing - parking directly in front of the house, enough space for the 4 of us, baby travel cot, the equipment of the kitchen ?, cosy lounge and deck chairs in the garden, two bedrooms, cosy balcony where you can enjoy the view of the lake ?
Clean, cosy, quiet and with great attention to detail ?

Top equipped house in a good location with great hosts

There is really more than enough everything in the house. From all kinds of knives to dishes, glasses, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, TV, stereo, couches and pillows.




The hosts are very nice and helpful and let us use their SUPs and the dinghy with electric motor free of charge.
Erfurt with its historic old town, the Krämerbrücke and the cathedral is only a few kilometres away. The Buchenwald concentration camp and Weimar with the Bauhaus Museum, Goethe and Schiller House and many other sights can also be reached in about half an hour by car.

Super holiday directly at the lake

We had a great holiday with the family. Our 3 children (3 years, 7 years, 11 years) could walk directly from the house to the lake. The house is located in a closed complex to which only tenants or residents have access. The equipment of the house is great - nothing is missing. Everything is very neatly furnished and in top condition. Our landlord was very nice and friendly. We were also allowed to borrow their boat to sail across the lake.

Simply wonderful

A wonderful, beautiful, clean, stylishly furnished holiday home in a great location at Alperstedter See. Super friendly and helpful hosts.
Everything is available.

From the holiday home, everything is possible. Sightseeing, culture and shopping in Erfurt.
A small, super well-kept beach within walking distance of just 50 meters from the house.
2 restaurants with delicious food within 250 meters.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben ein paar tolle Urlaubstage im Haus zum Sonnenuntergang verleben dürfen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles nur Erdenkliche ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin Heike ( und ihr Mann) ist stets bemüht, das es ihren Mietern an nichts fehlt. Für meine kleine Tochter hatte sie sogar Einhornbettwäsche aufgezogen.
Die nahe gelegene Badestelle läd zum Baden in einem sehr sauberen See ein.
Wir haben uns vom ersten bis letzten Moment absolut wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Holiday home in best location, top equipped with feel-good factor

First of all, I must emphasise that even the first contact was an experience, she was prompt, purposeful and cordial, without having been there we already felt well received. This was also confirmed on site when we arrived. The holiday home is located in a closed complex where only two houses are rented out, so it is very relaxed, with a great neighbourhood. The landlords are always available with help and advice. We were very surprised how well equipped the house is, the kitchen alone lacks nothing. You can still look out onto the lake from the second row, fantastic... Nothing stands in the way of spontaneous cooling off on the jetty. There are two restaurants nearby, one directly on the lake. Our stay was not long but intense, we will be back. Thank you very much for the great time and best regards to the Poprawa family

Erholungsurlaub

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und hatten eine Woche Urlaub mit unserer großen Tochter. Die zwei schönen Schlafzimmer waren ideal. Alles war richtig schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man benötigt, Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles sehr gut und sauber. Heike ist die gute Seele des Hauses , immer nett und hilfsbereit.
Wer Ruhe sucht und mal schnell baden gehen will findet dort den idealen Platz. Mit dem Rad macht es Spaß die Gegend zu erkunden.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage in einem super tollen Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein paar Vorostertage im Ferienhaus am Alperstedter See mit den Eltern verbracht.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer kleinen wunderschönen Siedlung mit fast direktem Zugang zum Alperstedter See. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Es sind nur wenige Kilometer bis Erfurt. Auch sonst hat Thüringen viel zu bieten! Weimar, Gotha, Eisenach... uvm. sind ein Ausflug wert.

Im und am Ferienhaus fehlt es wirklich an nichts! Das Auto kann man direkt davor abstellen. Es ist für 4 Erwachsene ausreichend Platz.

Viele herzlichen Dank nochmals an Fam. Poprawa für die liebevolle und herzliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall mal wiederkommen.

Super schöne Urlaubstage im tollem Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein paar Tage in der Vorweihnachtszeit am Alperstedter See mit der Familie verbracht.
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch und in ruhiger Lage am See in zweiter Reihe und ist auf der Gesamt-Anlage mit ca. 12 kleinen Wohnhäusern durch eine Toranlage abgesichert.
Das Ferienhaus besticht durch eine liebevolle und hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles top in Schuss !!!
Die Vermieter sind absolut herzlich und stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht.
Sollte tatsächlich mal etwas fehlen, was bei uns nicht der Fall war, wird dieses umgehend besorgt bzw. erledigt.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnt für Ausflüge geeignet, Thüringen hat sehr viel zu bieten.
Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und können Erfurt,Weimar,Bad Langensalza,KZ Buchenwald usw. für Ausflüge sehr empfehlen.
Ein herzlichen Dank nochmals an Fam. Poprawa für die liebevolle und herzliche Betreuung während unsem Aufenthalt.
Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen.

Wir waren als Familien in dem super schönen, modernen, komfortablen, traumhaften Ferienhaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr viel liebe zum Detail. Eine schöne Idylle

Ein tolles, modernes, stilvolles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es fehlt an nix, das Haus hat alles was man braucht, sich wünscht. Vom Parkplatz, Terrasse/Garten, Waschraum bis hin zu 2 Schlafzimmern mit Balkon, tollem Bad, gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und voll ausgestatteter Küche...
Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch, kümmert sich liebevoll um Ihre Gäste und ist jederzeit erreichbar.
Die Lage ist eine Idylle und wir werden zu wärmeren Zeiten wieder kommen,um noch mehr vom Garten /Terrasse zu haben, den See zu nutzen und entspannen.
Der See ist traumhaft klar und seine türkise Farbe erinnert ans Meer.
Die Gegend lädt zum Fahrrad fahren ein. Strecken, Wege auch Wanderrouten gibt's genug. Die Stadt ist auch schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Dort kann man eine schöne Sightseeing Tour machen oder auch einen Einkauf erledigen.
Wenn man bissel mehr erleben möchte, dann kann man mit dem Auto die Umgebung unsicher machen, Tagesausflüge erleben.
Restaurants sind in 3 min zu erreichen und sind zu empfehlen.

Jederzeit wieder , sehr zu empfehlen

Neugebautes Ferienhaus mit super moderner Ausstattung. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Blumen und Sekt als Begrüßung. Jeder Wunsch wird erfragt und nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Es war alles da, was man zum Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Standort nur 10 Minuten von Erfurt entfernt und am See kann man sich im Sommer bestimmt sehr gut erholen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschön!

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach TOLL. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt!! Es war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung/Ausstattung war super! Es sieht wirklich so schön aus, wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick auf den See lässt alles vergessen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat seine Ruhe aber Supermarkt/Bäcker/Restaurans ist alles sehr nah.Die Vermieterin war wirklich von der ersten Sekunde an sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Wir werden das Haus bestimmt nochmal buchen aber dann für einen längeren Zeitraum.

Einfach nur Klasse!

Dieses Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, eine hochmodern eingerichtete Küche, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, ein wunderschönes Wohnzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Lounge sowie ein sehr geräumiges Bad im modernen Stil, und alles mit Liebe zum Detail! Im Obergeschoss waren wir fasziniert von den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Balkon und natürlich dem überragenden Blick über den See.
Nicht umsonst trägt es den Namen "Blick zum Sonnenuntergang" ! Das hat uns immer wieder überwältigt, selbst an den Tagen, an denen das Wetter nicht so prickelnd war.
Abgesehen von diesen Fakten war es aber die Gastfreundschaft und die Herzlichkeit unserer Vermieter, die man so nicht beschreiben kann, man muss es einfach erleben!
Wir können und werden dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!
