Our lovingly furnished holiday flat, which was completely renovated in 2020, is located on the mezzanine floor and offers you 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) as well as 1 extra bed. A travel cot, high chair and changing table can be provided on request. In the room with the single beds, there is also a large work desk with matching chair for work stays. WLan is available free of charge. Our kitchenette is available for hobby cooks with a 4-plate cooker, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment and dishwasher. Cookware and cutlery are also available in sufficient quantities. The equipment is completed by an espresso maker, toaster, egg boiler, blender, coffee maker and kettle. An ironing board and iron are also available. NON-SMOKING holiday flat. NO pets.
In our cosy living room you will find a 55-inch TV, a dining area and a couch. From there you can access our balcony with a view of the well-kept garden.
In our large daylight bathroom you have the choice between shower and bathtub. In our second bathroom you will find a toilet, washbasin and the washing machine with dryer function.
There are external blinds on all windows and also fly screens on most windows. The flat has a video-supported doorbell system.
If desired, the garage belonging to the flat, which is located directly in front of the house, can be used to safely park bicycles or cars that you have brought with you.
Our flat is perfectly suited for longer working stays, as large companies such as VW, Continental, Faurecia or the University of Hanover can be reached in a few minutes. For those arriving without a car, there are good bus and train connections. Children will find a playground about 200 m away. Cyclists can set off on long or short tours directly from the flat. Whether museum, trampoline park, Herrenhäuser Garden or Berggarten, Maschsee, blue lake for water sports enthusiasts as well as SeaLife and Hannover Adventure Zoo offer plenty of variety. Everything you need for your daily needs can be found 1 km away, as well as a pharmacy, bakery, butcher's shop and doctors. We look forward to welcoming you personally.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is located in a street without through traffic (dead-end street) in the district of Letter. The Hamburg-Berlin ICE railway line runs behind the house. Since there is a noise barrier between the house and the railway line and our flat is on the mezzanine floor, there is not much noise pollution. The flat borders on the Leinemasch nature reserve
Bus line 700/574 stops at the bus stop Stöckener Straße, which is about 500 m away. S-Bahn and train connections in Letter, Seelze station approx. 1 km away. Hannover Langenhagen airport 15 km away.
VW plant Stöcken, Continental, Faurecia and other large companies as well as the university within a radius of 5 km. Hannover-Laatzen Exhibition Centre 13.8 km - can be reached directly by S-Bahn or tram from Hannover-Stöcken. Hannover Medical School 25 km away.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

We offer a discount for long-term stays. Deposit per stay 300 euros - will be refunded after departure and acceptance of the flat, provided no defects are found.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday flat Leineblick. We want you to feel comfortable with us and therefore we are happy to accept your wishes. We offer allergy-friendly bedding and pillows in sizes 40x80 or 80x80 cm. So that you only need to bring your personal belongings with you, we have made every effort to provide all the everyday necessities. We live in a neighbouring village and are often on trips ourselves, very much with our bicycles. We will be happy to give you tips for beautiful cycling and hiking tours and answer your questions even before you book.
