The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa completed in 2009 in the Mediterranean style. There are a total of 4 apartments in the building. Since April 2009, the apartment has been rented out as a holiday apartment. The 63 sqm 3-room apartment with a 20 sqm large southwest-facing terrace accommodates up to FOUR people. Since being used as a holiday apartment, all rooms have been renovated by painters. We strive to keep the apartment in pristine condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, whether it's a ceramic hob as an induction cooker, microwave, oven with convection and grill function, dishwasher, dishes, and pots. Everything is there.
Board games (cards, Yahtzee, UNO, etc. available) provide a distraction when the weather is not so nice.
It's 500 meters to the beach through the dune forest. The apartment is located on a side street off the busy promenade street. The shed belonging to the apartment contains a grill, handcart, and patio furniture. You can also store bicycles here.
The parking space is located directly in front of it.

The holiday flat is located on the south-west side of a Mediterranean-style villa completed in 2009.
The property is located together with 5 identical villas in a side street to Karlshagen's Promenadenstraße, on the grounds of the "Alte Schule".
The modern Baltic seaside resort of Karlshagen is located in the north of the beautiful and sunny island of Usedom. In addition to the wide and fine sandy beaches, the north of the island still has plenty of closeness to nature and space for itself.
Even outside the beach season, the museums in the north of the island or nature offer time for relaxation and recreation
The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund can be reached after a maximum of 1 and 1.5 hours' drive respectively and are always worth a visit
In the village itself you will find everything you need for your holiday - train station, bicycle rental, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstore.
There is also a doctor and a pharmacy in the village.

The shower has a low entry (3cm), making showering easy for all age groups.
Bed linen and towels can be booked for 18 Euros per person per change.
A children's high chair and a travel cot without a mattress are included in the apartment.
The entire apartment is heated via underfloor heating.
All kitchen appliances and most of the lamps are energy-saving. As another contribution to environmental protection, the supplied electricity is 100% sourced from renewable energies. Additionally, a small PV system generates about 700 kWh of electricity per year. Depending on the load profile, 150 to 200 kWh are consumed directly on-site. The remainder is fed into the local grid.
