Résidence Le Birdie consists of several small three-storey pavilions built in local Savoyard style with practical apartments. The résidence is located in a quiet and rural area near the old hamlet of Giez and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The apartments are for 2 to 12 people and always have a kitchenette and balcony or terrace with seating.

Résidence Le Birdie is quietly located in the midst of nature, near the village of Giez and the golf course of the same name (27 holes). There is a reception, a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June, weather permitting) with a sun terrace with sunbeds and an indoor pool. The property also offers a sauna (for a fee), tennis and jeu de boules court, billiards, ping-pong, pinball machine, playground and central parking spaces.
Giez is a medieval village in the beautiful department of Haute-Savoie. Résidence Le Birdie is situated in a rural area which means it's peaceful, it's also about 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Lake Annecy; there is also a beach there. The picturesque town of Annecy is approximately 25km away, and a visit is an absolute must. Active families particularly are at the right address in this beautiful mountainous area. Among other activities, you can go mountain hiking, mountain biking and take part in a variety of water sports.
The winding Col d'Aravis and the villages of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand also make an adventurous day trip by car. In the winter months, you can, of course, enjoy excellent winter sports.
A luxury residence situated in the Annecy region. In the country between lake and mountains, a destination you just cannot miss!
A cycle track goes close by the residence, coming out by Lake Annecy.
Reduction of 15% on the green fee (18 holes), for customers wishing to play golf (close to the residence).

The fire door at the entrance to the corridor giving access to the apartments does not close (rubs on the floor) despite the sign "Keep this door closed". Dirty apartment (floors, stairs, curtains, armchairs and sofa) We have asked for sheets to cover the armchairs and sofa because of the sticky armrests, however, this furniture is completely removable, but obviously rarely washed. A broken chair. Ridiculously small kitchen for an apartment that can accommodate 11 people (only 2 hotplates, no worktop, food storage in the cupboard at the entrance). Fridge too small, especially in hot weather, with a shelf glass missing. No air conditioning or fan (temperature during the stay >30°C). No shutters on the windows on the floor under the roof to limit the heat during the day. Very small balcony with very damaged garden table. Sauna out of service yet provided when booking. Swimming pool not controlled by staff. We have noted all the possible violations in relation to the instruction panel. In summary, this apartment is seriously lacking in maintenance.
