Description
Our holiday home in modern bungalow style is divided into an eat-in kitchen, a living room, a dining room, two bathrooms, four bedrooms (2 of them with TV), a guest toilet and a utility room. The windows and patio doors are fitted with external roller blinds. For further comfort, at least 1 window (and the patio door) in each room is fitted with so-called gauze window frames. These keep the insects away and give you a quiet evening and night in the house.
The kitchen and living room are deliberately kept open and, together with the wood-burning stove, form a harmonious unit. In addition to the radio and smart TV, there are also a number of books and free internet access via WLAN.

The fully equipped fitted kitchen contains modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer are a matter of course. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating - by means of a heat pump.
From the dining room you can access a spacious terrace (60 m²) via a large patio door. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of fields, meadows and forests. A large barbecue and a seating set with 10 chairs are available for socialising.
Up to 10 dogs (depending on breed and size) are welcome. The garden plot is completely fenced to 1.60 m - with under-grave protection. The neighbours to the right and left have no dogs.

Location and surroundings of object
The surrounding inland lakes offer you numerous bathing opportunities. These include the Schaalsee, 8 km away, the Neuenkirchener See, 3 km away, and the Boissower See, which you can reach in just 2 km. Around the lakes you can explore our nature reserve with its wonderful flora and fauna by means of many cycling and hiking trails. Numerous forests in the near vicinity also invite you to get to know the almost untouched nature of the reserve
The fishermen in Lassahn and Zarrentin offer fish specialities such as pike-perch, pike or vendace, fresh or smoked. The weekly market at the Pahlhuus in Zarrentin, which takes place on the first weekend of every month, is also interesting and varied. Regional handicrafts as well as delicacies for the palate invite you to stroll around
The state capital Schwerin is only about 35 km away and invites you to stroll through the Schlossparkcenter, the Siebenseencenter and the old town. A visit to Schwerin Castle and a walk in the adjacent castle gardens are highly recommended, as is an afternoon at Schwerin Zoo. Culturally, you can get your money's worth at the Mecklenburg State Theatre Schwerin and the State Museum Schwerin
The Alpincenter Hamburg-Wittenburg only 10 km away, snowboard half pipe, kart race track, quad + off-road track, mountain bike & BMX park, beach volleyball & soccer, adventure playground, open air stage, high ropes course, skate park, beer garden, après-ski parties, children's world, restaurant mile, sauna and bowling alley.

In case of early departure or failure to arrive without prior notice, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Top house, good location.
We had a very nice few days in this great holiday home. The furnishings are of high quality and everything is very well maintained. We wanted for nothing. The contact with the landlady was super uncomplicated and very nice. We were even welcomed with eggs from our own chickens. The house is in a quiet location, we were there with 5 dogs and could go for nice walks from the house.
Even though it was still quite cool, the garden was great. We had a lot of fun with the available table tennis table. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you could want. The house was super clean. We will certainly come again.

Beautiful house
We spent a very nice time in the house... with 5 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs... nothing is missing... super equipment! The landlady is very nice! A great, huge property... securely fenced!!! We have been to Schwerin, Schaalsee and Boltenhagen... all easily accessible... always very happy to come back!

Our holiday over Christmas 2021
The holiday home is very nicely divided, very well thought out.
Everything is new and clean. Nothing is missing.
Cosy sofa set, from which both the TV and the burning fireplace can be enjoyed wonderfully.
Very well equipped kitchen.
The landlady is an extremely friendly and helpful young woman.
We felt very welcome.
The hammer !!!! was a very lovingly decorated Christmas tree.
We will definitely be back.

Wellness oasis in beautiful nature
Nicely equipped and furnished, new dream house with plenty of space... cozy... with massage chair... stove... bathtub... large, completely fenced garden... for those who are seeking peace and relaxation and for dog owners... kilometer-long walks directly from the house through beautiful nature with 2 lakes in the immediate vicinity possible... great photo opportunities... even outside of the season a very nice holiday home... super nice and warm hosts... we felt very comfortable and would love to come back...

perfect !!!
The house was perfect for our needs. Very large, very clean and very modern and newly furnished. There was really nothing lacking. The location is quiet, but in a good 20 minutes you can be in Ratzeburg, for example. Hamburg, Travemünde, Schwerin are less than an hour away, so you can make various trips. In Zarrentin itself there are wonderful hiking trails and lakes. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back again!
