We offer here our just acquired 'Casa Conigli' for rent. 30 minutes drive from the airport Elmas/Cagliari, our house is located in a gated community with beautiful views of the entire Gulf of Cagliari. The house has bright and large rooms, is modernly furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and four bedrooms (two of them with bunk beds).

The house has a garden and terraces on three sides. The absolute highlight is of course the private infinity pool (4x8m), from which you also have sea views. The house is oriented to the west, so that you can enjoy beautiful sunsets almost every evening.

The house is situated in such a way that restaurants, shopping facilities and beaches can be reached within a few minutes drive. Cagliari or the east coast can also be reached in half an hour.

Great vacation home!

We stayed here as a family of four during the Pentecost holidays in 2024, as the season doesn't start here until June, it was very quiet and idyllic.
The house's amenities left nothing to be desired, and there were plenty of sleeping options for us.
The location of the house offers a beautiful view of the sea.
The house is very clean, the landlord was always available and extremely helpful. The brochure for shopping, restaurants, beach, etc., which you receive before arrival, was very helpful for us.
We can recommend the house and the landlord 100%!!

Even in November, it's still a dream! If you want to experience huge flocks of birds and absolute tranquility in Sardinia, then you're in the right place! Of course, you need a car. But you can't get around Sardinia without one anyway. And the great thing about this house: people live in the area all year round, so restaurants and shops are always open. And you can still use the pool on sunny days!!!!!!

Dreamy vacation home

Dreamy holiday home with a view over the Gulf of Cagliari.
Even more beautiful than in the pictures!!
We felt very comfortable.
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and you really find everything you need to have a nice vacation!
The pool is great and wonderfully big.
There are many beautiful places to stay, whether in the sun or in the shade.
The beds are very comfortable and you have enough space and storage.
The house is very clean and the landlords are extremely nice. They are available to help with advice and assistance if necessary. In addition, you will receive an email before your arrival with very helpful tips and recommendations.
You should definitely explore the area by car from there. There are many great beaches with crystal clear water around the holiday home.
If you don't want to cook (which is definitely possible because the kitchen is perfectly equipped), you will find delicious restaurants in the area.
The house is located in a residential complex with a gate, so it is not accessible to people who do not live there.
Parking is available at the house. We were traveling with two cars and never had any problems.
We wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back again!

We will be back!!

In October 21, seven of us (with 3 children) stayed here. The view is gigantic and even in October the (unheated) pool was fully enjoyable on most days (around 25 degrees). The water is crystal clear and our youngest could make her first water acquaintance in the edge pool.
The landlords were always available for questions and tips (thank you very much!!) and the cleaning lady (speaks only Italian, but very friendly) cleared up at half time for a small fee. We booked directly for next year and are already looking forward to this super practical house :)

Super nice accommodation

We were there in September and found the location to be absolutely relaxed and quiet. Because the accommodation is located in a mountain, a car is a must in our eyes. Especially if you are travelling with children, as we did. Upon arrival, the house was cleaned very well and the pool was also cleaned during our stay. Overall, the house and the furnishings are in top condition. The host was always very helpful and available for any request, such as excursion information
The rooster, which is mentioned in one of the reviews, did not bother us at all, our kids rather enjoyed it
The view is simply wonderful and the sunset really impressive!
If you want a relaxing break and don't want a typical tourist resort, this is the place for you. The capital Cagliari is also within easy reach by car, in case you want to have some hustle and bustle
Many great and varied beaches are within easy reach by car!
We are happy to recommend the house and its owners :-)

Beautiful, new house... but

From the beginning to mid-September, we rented this house for 14 days. It is a semi-detached house. The house is located outside Quartu Sant Elena on a developed steep slope. (This is often found in Sardinia). The spacious area is protected by an electronically controlled gate. In the area, there are feelably as many unfinished houses as there are completed ones. The distance from the gate to the house is about 1.5 km. This is important because the parking space for a possibly existing second vehicle is also located here. The parking space actually reserved for the house is about 150 meters below the house. "Actually reserved" meant in our case, unfortunately occupied. We resolved it ourselves after 3 days. The house itself is in top condition, newly furnished, and stylishly decorated. White predominates as a color, also for the seating furniture. It has a fully equipped bathroom and a separate toilet with a hand basin. The pool is large and in that regard private, as it is explicitly available for use. Private but not in the sense of intimate/privacy. The pool boy comes every Saturday and takes care of cleanliness and new chlorine tablets. The landlord is very nice and friendly and reachable at any time. He is always trying to resolve any issues/topics as soon as possible. The towels that were missing upon arrival were brought the next day. After about. 1 week the lawn, which was 30 cm high in places, was mowed. The bush, which significantly obstructed the view of the bay, was also cut after our departure. Within sight – but especially within hearing distance – is the SP 17 to Costa del Rei, which is particularly busy on weekends.
Conclusion: stylish house, but in our opinion the price/performance ratio does not fit. Especially not with more than 4 people. Would love to return to Sardinia, just not here. (Had to shorten evidence, no more can be done.)

Class house

We stayed in this great house for a week at the end of August:
The view is brilliant! From the pool you can see over the whole bay. It was also very quiet and we had a lot of privacy. The garden is fenced. Good for the children to play!
The house is well situated: we went to Villasimius in the evening or to the Costa Rei for a walk on the beach.
Very pleasant was: the terrace at the house is covered and there is always some shade somewhere. So we could also take sun breaks.

Toll!!

Wir waren die Ersten im Casa Conigli!!! Weil das Haus noch ganz neu ist, hatten wir natürlich vor dem Urlaub viele Fragen. David hat uns alles beantwortet und sogar noch tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben.
Die Aussicht ist einfach der Wahnsinn! Viel besser als es die Fotos zeigen. Bei guter Sicht kann über den ganzen Golf von Cagliari bis nach Pula gucken. Abends möchte man das Haus eigentlich nicht verlassen, denn beinahe jeder Sonnenuntergang war genial!
Viel Zeit haben wir im großen, privaten Pool verbracht. Herrlich!
Zum Einkaufen, Restaurantbesuche etc. sollte man zwar immer (ein Restaurant ist auch fussläufig zu erreichen) das Auto nehmen. Aber kein Problem für uns, denn wenn man Sardinien erkunden will und die tollen Buchten und Strände der Umgebung entdecken will, benötigt man ja sowieso eines. Die Lage ist auch richtig gut: man ist in 30 Min. in Cagliari, in Villasimius und an der Costa Rei.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, eine große Spülmaschine vorhanden, sodass wir auch mal für 7 Personen zusammen gekocht oder gegrillt (gibt es auch!) haben.
Drei der Schlafzimmer sind im Untergeschoss. Dort ist es auch bei weit über 35 Grad noch erträglich und notfalls konnten wir auch die Klimaanlagen (jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine!!) anmachen.
Was hat uns nicht gefallen?
Irgendwo ist dort ein Hahn, der ab und zu kräht. Aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Schönes, neues Haus... aber 2021-09-10

Anfang bis Mitte September hatten wir dieses Haus für 14 Tage gemietet. Es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte. Das Haus liegt außerhalb Quartu Sant Elena an einem bebauten Steilhang. (gibt es auf Sardinien ja öfter). Das weitläufige Areal ist durch ein elektronisch gesteuertes Tor zufahrt geschützt. In dem Areal befinden sich gefühlt mindestens so viele unvollendete Häuser, wie fertiggestellte. Vom Tor bis zum Haus ist es ca. 1,5 km. Das ist insofern wichtig, da auch hier der Parkplatz für ein evtl vorhandenes 2. Kfz liegt. Der eigentlich für das Haus reservierte Parkplatz ist ca 150 m unterhalb vom Haus entfernt. Eigentlich reserviert hieß in unserem Fall, leider belegt. Haben wir nach 3 Tagen selbst geregelt. Das Haus selbst ist in einem top Zustand, neu möbliert und stylisch eingerichtet. Weiß dominiert als Farbe. Auch für die Sitzmöbel. Es hat ein ausgestattetes Bad und eine separate Toilette mit Handwaschbecken. Der Pool ist groß und insofern privat, als er für die Nutzung explizit zur Verfügung steht. Privat aber nicht im Sinne von intim/Sichtschutz. Der Poolboy kommt immer Samstags und kümmert sich um Sauberkeit und neue Chlortabletten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Er ist stets bemüht auftretende Probleme/Themen möglichst zeitnah zu lösen. Die bei Ankunft fehlenden Handtücher wurden am nächsten Tag gebracht. Nach ca. 1 Woche wurde der stellenweise 30 cm hohe Rasen gemäht. Der, die Aussicht auf die Bucht erheblich behindernde Busch, wurde nach unserer Abreise auch geschnitten. In Sicht- vor allem aber Hörweite befindet sich die, besonders am Wochenende viel befahrene SP 17 zur Costa del Rei. Fazit: schickes Haus, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis paßt aber u.E. nicht. Erst Recht nicht bei mehr als 4 Personen. Gerne wieder nach Sardinien, nicht aber hier hin. (Musste Bewe.kürzen, mehr geht nicht.)
