Villa Rosi is situated on a gentle hillside with a view of the sea, which you can admire from every corner of the villa.
Its position makes it private, quiet and peaceful and the white beach is 150 metres away.
Surrounded by a well-kept lawn and a splendid 10x6 infinity pool for exclusive use, the villa has a large loggia where you can eat overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari and admire enchanting sunsets over the sea .
The villa consists of 3 double rooms ,
2 bathrooms with relaxing shower , large full kitchen with sea view and large living room with TV area .
Linen and WiFi are provided free of charge.
Capitana is a seaside resort located in the southeastern part of sardinia less than 20 minutes from the city of cagliari and 20 minutes by car you can easily reach the beaches of Mari pintau, cala regina ,Kala e moru, geremeas , solanas, torre delle stelle and all the beaches of villasimius and costa rey.
