Villa Marila extends over a total of 170 sqm on a 450 sqm plot. It features 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, and a pool with sun terrace. It is a three-story villa, connected by an internal staircase. The villa has 3 secured parking spaces on the private property at the entrance (ground floor level). The villa is newly built, very stylish and comfortable for 8 people. It is well equipped with everything a modern guest needs for a very cozy and relaxing stay.
Villa Marila is located in Ruskamen (Lokva Rogoznica), a small tourist resort, exactly halfway between the cities of Split (30 km) and Makarska (29 km). The nearest town is Omiš (6.5 km). The crystal-clear water of the Adriatic and the beautiful pebble beaches (1 km away) in Ruskamen guarantee you the best vacation on the Adriatic. Due to the good afternoon wind in summer, Ruskamen is also a popular destination for windsurfing, which you can try at the beach of Ivašnjak or at the beach of Ruskamen. The nearest minimarket, the restaurant, the beach grill, and the bar are only 1 km away, but it is recommended to use a car, as you are located a bit up the hill (1 km from the coastal road), and that is the reason why the views and the sunsets from this property are unforgettable. * Villa Marila outdoor area offers: a private heated pool 5m x 4.5m with hydromassage (Please note that the pool water temperature, even when heated, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, no specific pool temperatures can be guaranteed.), a spacious sun terrace with 8 sun loungers, 2 sun umbrellas, a lounge area, a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, an outdoor shower, and table tennis. Panoramic views of the sea and the islands will take your breath away, especially the sunsets, which you can enjoy from the sun deck or from any bedroom balcony.
* The ground floor offers a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling doors to the pool area, a dining area with direct access to the outdoor dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (double-door refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee machine, kettle...). There is also a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine in the hallway.
* The first floor offers two bedrooms and this is the level of the parking area, a main entrance to the villa. Bedroom no. 1 with king-size bed 180 cm x 200 cm, sofa bed for 1 person, private bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning, balcony with sea view. Bedroom no. 2 with king-size bed 180 cm x 200 cm (can be converted into two single beds), private bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning, balcony with sea view. The second floor offers a master bedroom no. 3 with a king-size bed 180 cm x 200 cm, a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for two people, 160 cm x 200 cm, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and two balconies with panoramic views of the coast, the sea, and the islands.

Location and surroundings of object
Thanks to the vicinity of the towns of Omis (6km) and Makarska (29km), the visitors can, among other things, explore the rich cultural and historical heritage of the surrounding region, enjoy rafting on the Cetina River (6km), zip-line above Cetina river, free climbing in Omiš, scuba diving, jet-skiing or windsurfing. You can also take ferry trips or individual boat tours to Island Brač, Hvar, or Vis. For those that seek nightlife and fun, several nightclubs and bars on Makarska and Omis Riviera guarantee an unforgettable holiday. Near Makarska, there is also a park of nature Biokovo with its famous attraction Biokovo skywalk. That is the viewpoint made from glass in the shape of a horseshoe on the edge of a cliff on which you can walk! It is really amazing and as you can imagine, the view of the middle Dalmatian islands is breathtaking. You can also take a day tour to Krka Waterfalls (1,5-hour drive) near Šibenik (exit Skradin), a very nice place to visit with your family or friends. A day trip to Omiš and visit Mirabella and Fortica Fortresses
