The cosy terrace of this modern, beautiful and cosy apartment is perfect to enjoy a good coffee in the morning while you admire and feel the first sun beams, or a glass of wine in the evening while relaxing at the end of the day. But first, you'd had spent a wonderful morning or afternoon at the beach which only is a few steps away.

Inside, there is a beautiful and practical open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with air conditioning, perfect for relaxing on the sofa while watching TV with Smart TV or reading after preparing and enjoying a delicious meal. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a shower, where the washing machine is also located. An iron and ironing board are also available. Finally, 1 cot, 1 high chair and 1 fan complete the equipment.

Colonia de Sant Jordi is one of the best residential areas for those who love the coast, the sea and good restaurants of fresh fish from the area. Its paradisaical beach of es Port, with crystal-clear water and white sand, is only 130 metres from the apartament. In addition you'll find all kind of services for an independent stay around like supermarkets, shops, bars, etc. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

The apartment is quite roomy for a couple, with a quiet neighborhood and quick access to the beach, Parking is not an issue, and it also has a lovely sunlit balcony, The kitchen is well-equipped, the mattress is comfy, and the overall condition of the apartment is excellent, It also has a cozy lounge area, reliable wifi, Google Chromecast, and effective curtains to darken the bedroom,

The apartment was excellently located, bright, and very stylishly furnished, relatively soundproof for Mallorca, with the exception of the apartment doors - the noise in the stairwell was clearly audible. The kettle broke on the second day, but the landlord brought a new one the same day, great! Two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen/living room, excellent devices. We always turned them off when we left the apartment and turned them on again upon our return. Within a few minutes, the apartment was pleasantly warmed up again.
