PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The holiday apartment (approx. 60 m²) is located in immediate proximity to the beach (as the crow flies approx. 30 meters, less than a minute’s walk away) and opposite the famous dog beach “Braccobaldo Beach.”
This finely furnished apartment is suitable for families with 2-3 children or for 4 adults + 1 child, and is located on the raised ground floor of a detached holiday house – consisting of only 6 apartment units in total – directly on the lakeshore.
It consists of a living room with sofa bed and SAT-TV, a kitchen, two bedrooms (1x with double bed and 1x with double bed + bunk bed), a bathroom with shower and WC. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
Outside there is a terrace, a communal garden, and a parking space. The property is completely fenced.
A stay in this holiday apartment is especially recommended for families.
The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 600 m away, the nearest restaurant directly on the lakeshore approx. 400 m.
The apartment is also furnished with great care – see under “FULL EQUIPMENT” – and is only a few minutes’ walk from the town center of PESCHIERA DEL GARDA.

Holiday apartment review
This vacation apartment is wonderfully located, with a fantastic lake view!!!
Very suitable with a dog, as it is right by the dog beach....... Central location:
Shopping opportunity (Lidl) at most 10 minutes on foot,
Harbor in Peschiera about 40 minutes on foot,
Weekly market and center of Peschiera also reachable in 40 minutes on foot,
Many restaurants near the vacation apartment, and....... The Italian ice cream simply tastes great!!!!

Perfect
Very nice apartment in a quiet, clean area, directly on the promenade that leads straight to the city center. The only negative point - high prices for loungers and umbrellas on the beach. The loungers available in the apartment can be used on the property's lawn. Carrying the loungers to the beach was personally exhausting for us. But we used the large boulders on the beach as seating or simply spread a thicker beach blanket to lie on the smaller pebbles.
The organization of the arrival and the smooth communication with the company on-site was perfect and also very nice, I must say. Both thumbs up! Definitely recommended! ?

Again and again, gladly!
We (2 adults and 2 dogs) were very kindly welcomed and looked after by Guido - dear Guido, thank you very much. Checking into the apartment was also uncomplicated and easy. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. From the garden, you can go directly to the lake and the dog beach. Restaurants are also not far away, everything can be reached on foot. We can only recommend the apartment and we would love to go back anytime. From the balcony, there is a wonderful view of Lake Garda.

Beautiful vacation
First, we would like to thank you, dear Guido, for your warm welcome and especially for your restaurant recommendation.
We (three adults and a dog) can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. Especially the proximity to the dog beach, shopping opportunities nearby, and the promenade along the lake characterize this vacation.

Vacation with dog at Lake Garda
We had a wonderful vacation at Lake Garda. Guido was always very friendly and helpful. Even late in the evening, you could still reach him to help as an interpreter at the vet. The equipment of the apartment is fine except for an oven. Our dog was especially thrilled with the dog beach right outside the door. Everything is easily accessible from the apartment: the weekly market, supermarket, pet store, and many different restaurants.

Sehr geeignet mit Hund, da gleich am Hunde Strand....... Zentrale Lage:
Einkaufsmöglichkeit(Lidl) höchstens 10 Minuten zu Fuß,
Hafen in Peschiera in etwa 40 Minuten zu Fuß,
Wochenmarkt und Zentrum von Peschiera ebenfalls in 40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen,
Viele Restaurants in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung, und....... Das italienische Eis schmeckt einfach klasse!!!!
Die Organisation der Ankunft und die problemlose Kommunikation mit der Firma vor Ort war perfekt und auch sehr nett wohl bemerkt. Beide Daumen hoch! Auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen! ?
Wir (drei Erwachsene und ein Hund) können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders die Nähe zum Hundestrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe und die Promenade am See entlang zeichnen diesen Urlaub aus.

Aber auch besonders die Nähe zum Hundestrand, die Promenade und die Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Ortschaften sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Der Empfang durch Guido ist sehr herzlich und die Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants sind spitze.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am See und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee.
Über eine Treppe ist man in nur einer Minute am Hundestrand!
Für uns war es wieder der perfekte Urlaub, und wir planen schon fürs nächste Jahr unseren Urlaub bei Guido!!!!
Der Hundestrand ist super!
Prima Betreuung durch Guido, er war auch immer erreichbar bei Fragen.
Von der Buchung des Urlaubs, bis zur Abwicklung der Zahlungsmodalitäten, den herzlichen Empfang vor Ort und der Verabschiedung durch den sehr sympathischen Guido können wir nur loben!
Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit privatem Zugang zum Hundestrand war perfekt. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist für Hundebesitzer sehr gut. Und nicht zu vergessen, der grandiose Ausblick auf den See!
Wir kommen sicher wieder und werden auf jeden Fall diese Fewo mit seinem überaus netten Gastgeber weiterempfehlen. Danke Guido!

Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Außer ein Backofen der wäre noch ganz nett.
Wir hatten leider in der zweiten Nacht ein sehr starkes Unwetter mit Hagel und das Auto war hinüber.
Guido der Vermieter war zu JEDER Zeit zur Stelle und hat uns sehr geholfen sei es bei der Beschaffung
einer Plane das wir wenigstens Mobil waren, als auch bei der Suche einer Werkstatt.
Also sowas von hilfsbereit habe ich noch nicht erlebt!!! Dafür sind 5 Sterne einfach zu wenig.

Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt am Hundestrand, also für Hunde perfekt. Und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund auch mal ohne Leine laufen konnte.
Abends/ Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, was sehr angenehm war.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Backofen und evtl ein Kinderreisebett wären noch schön gewesen . Aber auch ohne diese beiden Dinge ist die Wohnung einfach super. Auch die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster sind perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt .Besonders geeignet ist die Wohnung für Urlauber mit Hund, da der Hundestrand direkt vor der Tür ist. Aber auch ohne macht es Spaß, den Vierbeinern beim planschen zuzuschauen . Sehr hervorzuheben ist der überaus herzliche Empfang durch Guido , man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.Guido steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ist immer für seine Gäste da . So liebe Gastgeber findet man nicht oft. Wir werden auf jeden wiederkommen !!!

Restaurants und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar (verbunden mit einem schoenen Spaziergang am See entlang). Eine schoene Uferpromenade fuehrt sogar bis ins Zentrum von Peschiera (ca. 40 min. zu Fuss).
Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr umsichtige, freundliche und sympathische Betreuung durch den Vermieter, Herrn Guido. Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal, Guido, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt und den Urlaub gruendlich genossen– wir kommen wieder! : )

Der Vermieter Guido ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Auch für den Hund ein toller Urlaub, da der Hundestrand direkt vor der Anlage liegt. Die Promenade eignet sich perfekt für langen Spaziergängen.

Der Hundestrand Bracco Baldo ist direkt vor der Anlage. Gebühren für Liegen.
Unser Hund und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants in der Umgebung mit Hund, kein Problem. Alle waren immer sehr freundlich.
