That was our first family vacation in Denmark and it did not disappoint! The house felt like a home away from home. We loved the terrace area and the quiet surroundings. A perfect retreat for anyone looking for a little time out.

This holiday home was exactly what we were looking for, Quiet, comfortable, and close to local attractions like Ulslev Strand and the Middelaldercentret, We appreciated the two bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning much easier for our group of six, The air/air heat pump kept us warm and cozy, and the washing machine was a lifesaver, Overall, a very practical and enjoyable stay,

The house was spacious and well-furnished, making it ideal for our family vacation, The kids enjoyed the loft area, and we all appreciated the quiet surroundings, It was nice to be able to drive to the beach in just a few minutes, A few more amenities would have been great, like Wi-Fi, but overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt very comfortable,

We found the house to be well-maintained and very comfortable, The two bedrooms provided plenty of room for us, and the loft area was a nice bonus for the kids, It was also great to have a washing machine on-site,

Had a great stay! The house was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kids loved the loft. Just a tip: bring your own linens if you can.

The location is great, close to the beach and a few nice restaurants. I loved the open living space, felt really at home. We were sometimes a bit cramped, but you get that with 6 people, right? A few extra towels would also be nice.

One does not see in the pictures how it really looks. The entire property was overgrown and wild everywhere... we could not use the "lawn" at all... 2 days before departure, it was finally somewhat mowed... reading the meter readings in or at a small outbuilding was extremely difficult, as the weeds had almost reached shoulder height by then... the bedroom doors did not close... it was only fixed on the 11th day. . . . the shower was extremely moldy in several places. . . . ants in the ceiling lamp that kept falling down. . . . there was no toilet seat until the end. . . the lamp above the sink in the bathroom did not work. . no way to dry laundry. . . a drying rack would be good. . . . no squeegee for the shower. . . . no deep plates in the kitchen. . . no bowl. . . . overall not very well equipped. Dancenter Marielyst as a contact person was diligent. . . . the responses to my emails were always answered promptly. Overall, a renovation/painting of the walls is overdue. We only had 1 day of rain. . . but it was already dripping from the roof into the living room. . . . the heating boiler in the bathroom also dripped often. . . . there were enough flower pots available in the bathroom cabinet to catch the drips. . . The rent reduction I requested was initially not taken into account, then set at the equivalent of €26.00... unbelievable. From my perspective, at least €150.00 would have been justified...
