The house is located in a quiet residential area, not far from beautiful hiking trails and the beautiful North Sea beach, which is within walking distance. Shopping facilities are only a few minutes' walk away, as well as a gas station. The house is well equipped and offers plenty of space. The centrally located living room with dining area and open kitchen invites you to stay even in bad weather. Due to the solid construction, the house can be heated very well with the stove and keeps the heat for a long time. The underfloor heating in the hallway and bathroom takes care of the rest. The property is kept manageable and has a terrace. There is no outdoor play equipment for younger children, but this is rather unimportant as the little ones can be easily entertained with the beach and forests.
