In the guesthouse Klein we offer you 2 apartments for 2 - 4 pers.
Apartment 1: 50 m², 2-4 pers. large bedroom with 4 beds, 1 shower/WC, 1 living room with sofa convertible to sleep 140 x 200 and kitchenette + seating area with 4 chairs, 1 large balcony east-south facing with garden and deck chairs.
Apartment 2: 45 m², up to 2-3 pers. shower/WC, sep. kitchen with kitchenette and seating group table + 4 leather chairs, sep. living room with convertible sofa bed, sep. bedroom with double bed, cot possible, 1 large covered balcony south/west facing.
We have a children's playground in front of the house and a table tennis table for our guests.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS For the rental of vacation apartments/houses 1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the tenant has ordered the accommodation by phone, verbally, in writing, by fax, or by e-mail. The reservation confirmation ensures the accuracy of the transmitted data. It should be signed and returned to the landlords. 2. The tenant agrees to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Damages caused by the tenant or his/her roommates to the rental property must be compensated to the landlords. 3. The hospitality business is obligated to compensate the guest for damages if the vacation apartment is not provided. 4. If the guest cancels the contract, the landlords are entitled to damages based on the amount of the agreed rent minus the saved expenses. If it is not possible to rent the apartment for the same period and at the same rent, the following damages claims apply for vacation apartments and houses: - Up to 45 days before arrival: 10% - Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% - Up to 22 days before arrival: 60% - From 21 days before arrival: 80% - At the date of arrival: 100% Each calculated on the gross price for vacation apartments and houses according to the German Hotel and Restaurant Association. To ensure that you as a guest are compensated for possible financial losses in case of cancellation (including due to Corona) or interruption of your vacation due to illness, accident, or unemployment – including within the family – we recommend the products of ERGO Travel Insurance with the community of Hilders. Under– Tourism– bottom left stay – bottom left travel insurance – center image ERGO below: Take precautions now and conclude travel protection! Deadline for conclusion The insurance must be taken out directly at the time of booking, no later than 30 days before the scheduled start of the trip. For bookings made within 30 days up to the start of the trip, the deadline is 3 working days (Mon-Fri).

Another beautiful holiday
I spent a week's holiday in the beautiful holiday flat in the Klein guesthouse for the 4th time and again I enjoyed it very much
In addition to the relaxing nature, I would also like to emphasise the excellent breakfast.

Cute little holiday flat
The flat is very cosy and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable. We especially liked the balcony with the beautiful sunsets.
Mrs Klein was always available for us.

Very nice hosts ?
We had the apartment 50 sqm, with a great view from the balcony. A clean flat awaited us. Bicycle tours to the Ulsterradweg and Milseburgradweg start from the house. We can highly recommend the circular route in Hilders No. 3 from the community centre / info approx. 8km. The extra tour Hilderser from the house, great landscape, plants and the animals. The way is worthwhile! After the tour you come to the Kneipptret facility, a treat for your feet. We would like to thank the Klein family and we will definitely be back. Stay healthy.

Hiking holiday
The Klein guesthouse in Hilders was like a second home to us. Everything you need is available. The holiday flat is modernly furnished
