We were in the house in autumn, and that was very nice too. We made uncomplicated day trips to Ghent, Bruges, and the sea. The kitchen is then a wonderful place in the evening to cook, eat, and play games together. For more people, the large living room would be another place to spend time. In summer, you can definitely make wonderful use of the large garden.

The garden is also really very nice and since we are "at the end of the road," we have no neighbors; great! As for the owner, she is both available if needed, but with absolute discretion. The location was very nice. A very well maintained garden. But the house itself, without words!! The bedroom on the ground floor is totally run down. The closet is almost falling apart, the carpet is completely dirty and the bed... just terrible. The stairs to the first floor are life-threatening... something like that would be forbidden in Germany. The lower toilet resembles a garden toilet. The kitchen front is completely gone. There are no cushions on any chair and they were missing from the garden chairs. We had the feeling that the owners' old furniture had found its way here. And in the meantime it was completely worn out... Horrible!! The view from the kitchen was very nice. The blinds in the living room are very dirty... If I rent, then please not like that!!!!
