Our - FISCHERHAUS V 78 - is located in the "New Village Park" / Address: Bredeweg 113, 8420 De Haan

ACCESS / WAY TO THE FISCHERHAUS:
Turning into Bredeweg 113, you first reach a large parking area ( usable by everyone ). Not far to the right is the entrance to the holiday home park, which is protected by a barrier (details on barrier handling with the corresponding map will be provided when you make your booking). Behind the barrier, after a few minutes' walk (or 1 minute by car), you will reach the signposted, on-site car park no. V78, which can also be seen on the site plan. From car park 78 it is less than 100 metres to detached house no. 78 with what is surely one of the most beautiful unobstructed views of the polder landscape. The holiday can begin.

LAYOUT AND INSIDE - OUTSIDE LIVING OF FINDUS"
GROUND FLOOR (EG): Here is a spacious, connected living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, especially dishwasher, cooker with oven and refrigerator; furthermore coffee machines: for Nespresso and filter coffee. On cool evenings you can enjoy the warming and visual benefits of the wood-burning stove. Comfortable seating completes the desired feel-good effect. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm / 2 mattresses of 80 cm each) as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of storage space. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the ground floor area.
UPPER FLOOR: Via a steep staircase you have direct access (without a door) to a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm / 2 mattresses of 80 cm each), also equipped with chests of drawers with plenty of storage space and an additional TV. Adjacent is a separate or lockable room with 2 additional beds (90 cm wide). Both rooms have natural light coming in through large skylights which can be darkened by blinds.

Location and surroundings of object

Our detached, very cosy and quietly located house is situated on a corner plot at the edge of a field with an unobstructed view of the polder fields. The garden has been designed to make you feel at home. If the sun is shining, you will be spoiled by it almost the whole day; in summer you will appreciate and use the shady poplar trees. Behind the privet hedge is a polder channel; to protect small children, a locked gate has been installed here - next to the hedge; nevertheless, you should always keep an eye on the little ones here. The lovingly landscaped garden area is a wonderful alternative for "beach bums" or alternating relaxation between the beach and the green sunbathing area. The house is primarily used by ourselves; thank you in advance for any tips that make the use of "Findus" even more comfortable and pleasant.

The centre of De Haan with numerous shops (especially for daily needs) can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes (approx. 0.8 km); here you also have the possibility to use the reportedly longest tram line ("Tram") in the world with about 70 km; e.g. interesting trip to Knokke etc.. On the way to the beautiful beach of De Haan (approx. 1.6 km from the holiday complex) you will pass nice restaurants / cafes and bicycle rental shops. Information about current festivals / events etc. can be obtained from the town's tourist information office. Once you reach the beautiful beach, you have the option of walking either to the right in the direction of Wenduine / Blankenberge or to the left in the direction of Oostende. Those who don't like walking on the beach will find plenty of alternative relaxation in the beach bars or the surf-sailing club, which is within easy walking distance. An extensive walk through the villa district of De Haan is worthwhile. The cities of Oostende and Bruges can be reached quickly by car (Oostende 15 minutes / Bruges 20-25 minutes). Otherwise, there are many opportunities for discovery and relaxation in De Haan and the surrounding area. Have fun!

Perfekte Erholung

Perfekt zum entspannen und abschalten!

Das Haus ist perfekt, liebevoll und bis ins Detail sehr schön eingerichtet.  Es fehlt an nichts!
Abends kann man sich in dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer vor dem Kamin entspannen.
Das Haus  liegt sehr ruhig, hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit einem herrlichen unverbauten Ausblick!
