The house is super centrally located in Løkken, you can walk to the center or the beach in 2 minutes. There are parking options for 2 cars and a nice large garden. The location is also very quiet. The house is practically furnished, but it is very noisy because there are hardly any sound-absorbing materials. I had the impression that the appearance of the furnishings sometimes took precedence over comfort. The kitchen is practical with everything you need. A second bathroom or toilet would be practical with so many rooms. The stairs to the first floor are very steep - not really suitable for small children or older people. All in all, however, a beautiful house where we felt very comfortable.

The bed on the ground floor was nice and wide, the bedrooms are a good size and there is enough space in the closet to store everything, there was also a vacuum cleaner (very few houses have one - usually just a broom and/or scrubber) and the kitchen was also very well equipped, the shower is nice and big and has good water pressure, the garden is beautifully laid out and you can have a great barbecue there, the proximity to the road was not a problem at all, / the water meter is hidden in the crawl space (and not the display above the heater!), which is not nice at all, DanCenter should inform customers better where you can read which data, I was also told that the heating reading is shown in megawatts, but they charge in kilowatts - this is also very inconvenient to enter in the form because it is easy to overlook,

The house is very tastefully furnished. The stairs to the upper floor are a challenge; they are quite steep. The kitchen could be better equipped (glasses). The location of the house is perfect, 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the city.

The water meter is hidden in the crawl space (and not the display above the heating! ), which is not nice at all, as DanCenter should better inform customers where to read which data. I was also told that the heating reading is displayed in megawatts, but they calculate it in kilowatts - this is also very inconvenient to enter in the form, as it is easy to overlook.
