Kirkegade 4 – charming holiday home in the heart of Løkken Welcome to a warm and inviting holiday home with a perfect location in the center of Løkken, only 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from cafes, shops and restaurants. Despite the central location, the house offers a peaceful, private garden where you can truly relax. Inside, the spacious living room is designed for both relaxation and activity with a cozy TV corner, reading nook, desk space and a bright winter garden that opens directly onto the terrace. The country kitchen and living room form a natural gathering point, ideal for cooking and socializing. At one end of the kitchen is the dining area with space for six people and a view of the garden through French doors. The ground floor also contains a bathroom with toilet and an additional guest toilet. On the first floor, newly renovated in 2023, you will find a large room with four beds and a workplace, as well as a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. All beds have quality mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. If desired, two extra beds can be arranged in the conservatory on the ground floor. The enclosed garden is a highlight with a lovely terrace offering both dining and sitting areas, a lawn for playing and relaxing, a gas barbecue and an outdoor shower - perfect after a day at the nearby beach. There is private parking at the house and additional parking spaces on the street. Important note -• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • A small dog (max. 15 kg) is welcome. • Bed linen can be ordered when booking. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.• Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
