Enjoy relaxing days in our well-equipped holiday apartment, idyllically situated between forest and fields in absolute tranquility – far from traffic noise and hustle and bustle. Here you can unwind, breathe deeply, and enjoy nature.
Whether cycling, hiking, or cultural discovery tours – the surroundings offer something for every taste. In the neighboring town of Kevelaer-Twisteden, the widely known “Irrland” awaits you—a popular amusement park and farm experience for young and old alike. Anyone simply looking to relax will find the ideal retreat in our holiday apartment.
The apartment features a cozy living room, a modern, spacious bathroom with shower, XL bathtub, and underfloor heating, as well as a separate, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine (incl. Coffee) and everything you need for everyday life. Bed linen, towels, tea and coffee are already provided upon your arrival – unpack your suitcase and your vacation can begin.
On our Mediterranean terrace with barbecue area or in the well-kept garden, you can relax and end the evening in comfort. Two Dutch bicycles (with child seat on request) are available to you free of charge to explore the charming Lower Rhine landscape. Our holiday apartment offers space for up to three people (four upon request). It is also ideal for business travelers seeking a quiet retreat with comfortable amenities.

Our holiday apartment is located in a detached house in a dreamlike secluded location, surrounded by woods and fields – the perfect place to unwind and recharge your batteries. Whether hiking, cycling, or simply relaxing, here you can enjoy pure recreation.
It is only about 6 km to the Dutch border, ideal for spontaneous trips to the neighboring country. The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Geldern (Heidedorf Lüllingen) – quietly situated, yet still central. Thanks to the convenient location, you can reach many popular destinations in a short time:

Two bicycles are available free of charge for our guests. If you wish, we can also mount a child seat on one of the bicycles – just let us know in good time.
The holiday apartment is usually ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier, please give us a quick call the evening before – often a solution can be found. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11 a.m. at the latest, so that we can lovingly prepare it for the next guests. If there is no new arrival on the same day, a later departure is possible by arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted in our holiday apartment – out of consideration for our little guests and non-smokers. Ashtrays are available for smokers outside and on the terrace.

it could hardly be better
Everything tip top, very nice landlords, helpful
The flat is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. You can really feel at home here.
There are many excursion destinations within a radius of 200 km, from Brussels, the coal pot to Amsterdam. We were here by motorbike and never got bored during the 3 weeks. Also for children no one should be able to complain. A spacious playground and plenty of peace and quiet are ideal. Very well maintained accommodation close to nature leaves nothing to be desired

The wife of the house, Christiane Förster, formerly a restaurateur, is always the contact person for our guests. She is happy to talk about natural gardening, beekeeping, countrywomen's life and sightseeing and helps with any question and is always trying to make the stay in the apartment as pleasant as possible. The master of the house , Frank Förster , working on the water , responsible for the well-being of the guests and the co-design of the natural garden , structural improvements around the house , playground chicken enclosure , terrace and , on request Sunday rolls for the enough air in the bikes and the height of the seats is right . As you can see, we take many things seriously but with just as much humour.
