Our signal box has been lovingly renovated by hand and furnished in a modern style.
The name "W3" will certainly be familiar to insiders.
The flat, which is located on the upper floor, comfortably accommodates 2 people!
The interior is equipped as follows:
- Living/bedroom with day bed (usable as sofa and bed
as sofa and bed - lying surface 2,00x1,80),
Television, music system, wood-burning stove, dining area
- small kitchen with induction hob.
Coffee machine, toaster, kettle,
Sodastream, fridge
- small bathroom with WC and shower
To the outside:
The holiday flat has a parking space and its own terrace. The spacious garden also invites you to linger.
There you can use a deer stand with barbecue area. A hammock and sun loungers are available for relaxing.
Rental bicycles (normal city bikes) are also available!
Furthermore, you can stroll over a private access to the Froser See. This is characterised by crystal clear water and an idyllic location. The perfect place to relax and unwind.
For water sports enthusiasts, Lake Concordia is not far away. It is located in Schadeleben (distance approx. 5 km).
In the village there is a bakery (Mühlenstraße 196 open Tuesday - Saturday from 6 a.m.) and the restaurant "Deutsches Haus" (closed on Tuesday and Wednesday) with home-style cooking. A branch of the Salzlandsparkasse bank is located at Schulstraße 291.
In Hoym (distance 4 km) you will find E - Neukauf Guba, a doctor's and dentist's practice.

We would like to introduce you to our extraordinary holiday home.
The village of Frose is located between Aschersleben and Quedlinburg. It is not far from the R1 European Cycle Route and the A36 motorway, on which you can quickly reach all the well-known destinations in the Harz region (Quedlinburg, Halberstadt, Thale, Braunschweig, Bad Harzburg and many more).
Frose has a railway station and a bus stop, so you can also reach all destinations by public transport.
There are at least 1000 reasons to stay with us, in beautiful Frose, such as.......
Frose lies on the "Romanesque Road" and is known for its impressive collegiate church of St. Cyriakus
- the Hexentanzplatz (witches' dance site) in Thale, Rappbode dam (Harzdrenalin), the (last) Harzköhlerei "Stemberghaus"
- Altenbrak with its trout farm and restaurant
- the Gegensteine in Ballenstedt and the Teufelsmauer (Devil's Wall)
- the shooting sports centre in Ballenstedt (clay target shooting)
- the town of Wernigerode with its Baumkuchen bakery, castle and Hasseröder brewery
- Halberstadt Cathedral, HaWoGe - games magazine (for big & small), fun pool and the sugar factory with cinema
