Apartment very worn out, large mold spots on the walls in front of the windows in the living room. Penetrating smell of old frying fat and fish that seeps into the apartment from the stairwell, as the snack bars on the ground floor simply leave the doors open to the stairwell. Should not be rented out like this, especially due to the mold (health hazard!).
